Near the Opera House, there are many Japanese restaurants and the accommodation costs are high, but if you are staying for two people, it is relatively inexpensive.
The room seems small at 11m2, but it doesn't feel cramped and the reception staff are very friendly. I didn't have breakfast, but the cafe on the second floor has a nice atmosphere, and overall I think it's a good place to consider when staying near the Opera House.

It was conveniently located near Palais Garnier and the RoissyBus stop. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities.
There were stairs from the entrance to the building to the reception, but the receptionist waited for our suitcases.
There was a gap under the shower room door, so the shower water flowed onto the floor. The shower room was small, so if you're big, your elbows might hit the wall. Other than the shower, I didn't have any particular problems.
