We arrived last night late at 11pm the receptionist gave us a key when we went up the bed was unmade, wet towels on the bed, full trash, tissues everywhere, we went back down to see the receptionist he doesn't understand he gave us another very small room I think less than 10m2, the mattress of very poor quality it wasn't flat we found ourselves in the middle we had back pain in the morning, and as for cleaning I think the cleaning lady doesn't know how to use a cloth and to top it all off stained duvet cover and stained mattress cover too a shame to rent this, no WiFi and no TV remote control in terms of soundproofing you can hear everything I should have looked at the comments of other travelers 😱😱😱
