The location is about 20 minutes from the Opera Garnier, and the security is good so I felt safe.
There is no air conditioning, but there is a heater.
The front desk staff are kind and polite.
I would like to stay here again.

We were not very well received by a young woman. Very haughty. She wanted to print our IDs without asking us except that it is forbidden, she needs our agreement. She told us nothing about the hotel, zero presentation on what we can do in the surroundings…
In addition, when we arrived in room 414 it smelled very bad, a sewer smell and a room not clean.
We then went to 114, it smelled better and seemed much cleaner.
We went out to dinner and when we came back we found some kind of ants in the room, I just wanted to run away and the only thing the night receptionist did was remove the table.
I do not recommend this hotel because the cleanliness and the welcome need to be reviewed.

Service are really bad. Girl at reception were really nice but security guard and night receptionist were really racist.

The bathroom is really small but everything is clean. If you are tall and big, you might have trouble with taking shower;) The bed is a very standard single bed, quite soft but a bit small for tall people to be honest. The location is really nice, feel very safe. There are many local bakeries around as well. Free luggage storage. Overall satisfied.

There was no air conditioning in the room. The placement of the furniture in our room was quite funny, so we had to avoid each other all the time, because the room was small and maze-like. However, the room was neat and clean, and there was no noise from the nearby bar when you closed the window.
The shower stall was so small that washing long hair was really challenging.
Croissants and pastries were offered for breakfast, protein was low.
The reception staff were friendly.
