The rooms are on the small side but the beds are comfy, the shower is hot and the staff is very friendly. We liked the proximity to the metro and the peaceful nights. The beds are firm but we did it have any trouble sleeping! There are many restaurants within walking distance and the breakfast is very good. If you sleep past breakfast, there is a pastry shop 2 doors down and a cafe on the corner (Les Ogres) that serves brunch.

Quiet, comfortable, clean and soundproof room in a bustling, vibrant neighborhood which is walkable to many attractions. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good value.

It was a downtown property so ambulances could be heard at night,. (Not the properties fault). Walls were thin so TV and voices could be heard easily from next suite. Lack of closet space...only 6 hangers. Mini fridge could not keep beverages or food cold. Bathroom was nice and upgraded. TV was situated on the wall in front of the bed so you had to watch the TV in the bed and looking up towards the wall. Just not enough room overall for 2 people in the suite. Did not ude the breakfast so I can't comment on that. Lobby has a bathroom for guest which was nice. There was free coffee in the lobby. Elevator only has a capacity for 2 people...but we were grateful that there was an elevator.

This place was ok but the staff terrible. The wirar of them the man working there 20-21st our last night. He didn’t let me and my daughter into the foajé before he controlled for 20 minutes that we really stayed there. He also made a homophobic joke on my shirt-print with two girls before we went to our roms. But no apologiens for letting us stay outside for 20 minutes. In the morning he tried to overcharge when we already had paid. He yelled at us and made racist comments! Probably the worry hotel experience ever.
