I can't find a cheaper hotel at this location. The service staff is very nice but the room is really small, old and uncomfortable.

We had a lovely stay in this very well situated hotel. The room was small as always in Paris but very good value for money. Great little bathroom with a big shower head. A very efficient air conditionner which wasn't noisy. Even at 37 degrees celcius outside, we felt chilled inside. Also the room was on the back side of the hotel so absolutely no noise from outside but totally quiet. Spotlees clean room, towels, bed linnen etc. Great, comfy beds. Very kind and helpful staff day and night. Delicious breakfast - all fresh and well prepared. Lovely vibes in this Japanese/Corean neighbourhood. All great! And best of all the location in the 1st arondissement in walking distance from major sights.

Hotel piccolo, esternamente molto carino, reception e sala colazione rispondenti alle foto. Ma veniamo alle note dolenti: le due camere prenotate erano completamente diverse da qualsiasi foto sul loro sito, piccole, buie, con un bagno estremamente piccolo e, almeno nella mia, aprendo la finestra entrava un odore tremendo (affacciavo su una sorta di cavedio) No frigo bar, no cassaforte. Colazione davvero misera per 10€ (bageitte, 1 croissant vuoto e poco altro), niente scelta, niente salato. La nota positiva è il personale, fantastico, disponibile, di una gentilezza disarmante. A loro va tutto il mio BRAVO, per il resto anche no grazie.

Hotel davvero bello, sicuramente ristrutturato da poco perché dalle foto non mi risultano quelle camere vecchie orrende, anzi la mia era bellissima tutta ristrutturata, all'ultimo piano e con vista sui tetti di Parigi, che bellezza! Forse l'unica pecca l'ascensore piccolino è parte dal primo piano, quindi dovrete fare una rampa a piedi ma super fattibile

This hotel was in a great location walking distance from all the key places, especially north of the river. Nice hotel with clean rooms, clean bathrooms, great staff. Only comment is it is a lively place at night so there is some street noise, but nothing too disturbing.

The location is brilliant, about a 7min walk to The Louvre and even less to wonderful restaurants and cafes. Our room was comfortable with enough space for our suitcases and the bathroom was a good size (not so common in Europe we discovered). Staff were friendly and attentive. They even organised well priced airport transfers. Breakfast is well priced, but basic. Would absolutely stay again.

My wife and I showed up to this hotel and the photos are definitely deceiving. We were not happy with our room, it was extremely small, the hall ways are extremely narrow and they still use old school lock and keys that you have to leave at the front desk if you are leaving the hotel. The rooms looked dirty and dated, we did not stay over night we ended up checking out. The hotel would not refund me any of my money for the 4 nights I have booked with them. If you are on a serious budget and don’t care about your living conditions then this could be a good place but if you like comfort and cleanliness this is not the hotel for you. Location is great though!
