Friendly and helpful staff and great location, but the hotel was a terrible experience and we couldn't wait to leave. We booked a double room but they gave us a tiny room with two single beds attached (with two separate single bottom sheets and two duvets that I doubt they will wash with every change of guest). The most terrifying thing, however, was the bathroom... so small that I, who am 1.60 cm short, had to sit on the toilet at an angle. Full of mold, smelled of sewer, without any support surface on the sink or a towel rack. Where do they think you should put your towels when you wash?! The light from the chandelier didn't work and the one on the bedside table was intermittent. All for 600 euros for three days + 95 euros of tourist tax, without breakfast. It's a disgrace to rent rooms in those conditions!!! Oh I forgot, on the ground floor there is a pub, which plays loud music until late at night, you could hear noises and voices of customers who shouted and sang until late, with no respect for us customers. I had a hard time falling asleep.
