Travelling for a conference and stayed in the hotel for 5 nights in total. The hotel’s location is great, just opposite to the metro station, with walking distance to my conference venue. The staff were friendly and polite, my special thanks to Vincent who’s helpful and supportive! Room was spotless clean— their staff cleaned the room everyday. Overall great experience.

I stayed with a friend last week. The room was clean and the bed very comfy. It was situated between both the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre with the metro opposite. I’ve given a 4 instead of a 5 because, there was no iron in the room, whilst there was coffee and herbal tea there was no tea or milk. The breakfast at the hotel is ok. Quite basic as no hot food as in porridge, pouched eggs, pancakes etc and was €15 per person

Stayed here for 3 nights and we couldn’t fault it! So close to the metro and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and plenty of places to eat and drink round about! Staff were so friendly and helpful and they couldn’t do enough for you! Rooms were clean and bed was comfy! Will definitely be coming back next time we visit Paris!

Great location to get to the Eiffel Tower, you can walk.it if needed about 20 mins or Metro about 4 mins (they run every 3 mins, amazing system) check out youtube if unsure how to use! 2 metro stops nearby, one literally accross the road! Place is immaculately clean. Staff Great and very polite/helpful. Nice L'occtaine toiletries. Lovely Bistro at the end of the street, approx 50 yards. The only downfall was the breakfast, continental but not a great selection at all and we are not fussy eaters. I have attached pictures for reference. Orange juice was lovely. Bed was big and comfortable as well as the pillows. Towels Great quality and amazing waterfall shower with the smaller attachment as well. Only one tea bag each (flavoured teas) left in the rooms, however the lady on reception did give me some milk and breakfast tea bag when I asked, so very accommodating. They have a secure space to store luggage with no charge, check out is at 12 so no major rush in the morning.

The hotel is perfectly located next to a Metro stop which was handy. The room was clean, spacious with a big comfy bed, equipped with a kettle and coffee machine, no milk or tea bags(only fruit/herbal teas). TV which you can use Netflix on however we didnt. L’occtaine products in the bathroom which was lovely. Lots of shops, cafe’s and restaurants nearby.

I was truly shocked by the lack of empathy and flexibility this hotel showed during an incredibly stressful situation. Due to a major airline strike, our flight was cancelled just hours before departure — something completely outside of our control. We immediately contacted the hotel to explain the situation and request a refund or at least a credit. Despite providing documentation and a clear, valid reason for the cancellation, they refused to work with us in any way. we were charged over 400 US for one night because they said even though it’s a strike, they don’t care. It became very clear that they prioritize money over basic decency or understanding. In an industry that should be built on hospitality and care, this response was both disappointing and revealing. Travel disruptions happen — how a business handles them shows their true values. I won’t be booking here again, and I would caution other travelers: if anything unexpected happens, don’t count on this hotel to do what’s right.

Stayed here to celebrate a friends birthday last month. We had an early flight and arrived around 13.00 and were so happy our room was ready on arrival (I think this is usually 15.00). I had emailed the hotel in advance advising we were celebrating a birthday and were so greatful to have been upgraded rooms :). The hotel is located perfectly opposite a metro station. We had a 3 day travel pass and jumped on the metro numerous times, at our destination within minutes. Even if you don’t want to venture far, there are bars and cafes within walking distance from the hotel. All staff lovely and friendly and greeted you with a smile. The beds were unbelievably comfortable and we were so happy with the electric window shutters which provided darkness and noise cancellation for a good nights sleep. Thank you Hotel Vic Eiffel for the perfect base for our first time in Paris x
