I am very satisfied with all the services provided. I arrived before 11 PM and received a thorough introduction about my stay. On the second day, my room was upgraded to a larger one, and complimentary water was stocked with the mini fridge. A simple breakfast was available from 7:30 AM to 8:45 AM, except on Saturdays, which was very helpful for my business trip. The bed was comfortable, and they replaced my entire bed with a steel-framed one to prevent bedbugs. I had a great experience at this place, and if I need to stay in this area again, I will definitely return.

I asked a gentleman who appeared to be the proprietor at reception if I could book a taxi to the airport, for myself and my two friends for the following morning. His response was no, because as an English person I would be taken back to the airport by the Police in a bus. He said this would do everyone a favour and they would use EU money to do it! We thought this might have been a bad joke and asked again if he could book a taxi and he refused. Needless to say I won’t be rushing back. The hotel is very basic and reception is not open before 11 in the morning which is not that helpful if you would like any advice/ before you head out for the day.

De kamer was ondermaats. Oud, afgewerkt met laag kwaliteit materialen, enorm luid WC-water-systeem. De ontvangst is bijzonder; dubbele sluis met beveiligingsdeuren! Daarna een receptie telkens bezet door oude heren. Allen heel bijzonder van kritisch op de gasten tot over-nieuwsgierig. De handdoeken voor de badkamer waren oud, verkleurd en roken smoezig. Ook nadat we vervangende kregen.

Ich habe das Hotel gebucht und meine Buchung wurde bestätigt. 3 Wochen später (kurz vor dem Reiseantritt) wurde mir lapidar mitgeteilt, dass die Buchung wg. Überbuchung storniert wird. Auf meine Beschwerde (auf Deutsch) wurde mir mitgeteilt: "Bitte Schreiben Sie auf Englisch". Die Beschwerde ging dann in Frnazösich und Englich raus. Eine Antwort habe ich nicht bekommen. Wer planungssicherheit haben will, soll einen großen Bogen um dieses Hotel machen!

Hotel très décevant par les prestations, par l'hygiène, moisissure dans la douche ,tout est obsolète et à refaire la réception est inexistante ,quelques heures par jour, seul l'emplacement est exceptionnel et relève la note ,le personnel est correct quand il est là.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti( che dovevano essere tre) - non poteva andare peggio. Scarsa pulizia, personale inadeguato e reception inesistente(beato chi la becca aperta).La ciliegina sulla torta pero è il proprietario; semmai vi dovesse succedere di fare tardi e quindi arrivare ad un orario leggermente diverso da quello indicato nel check in potreste rimanere senza un tetto molto facilmente, cosi come ci è successo a causa di questo grandissimo CAFONE.

L accueil a été adorable malgré notre arrivée en avance, le monsieur a cherché une chambre faite pour nous l attribuer, il nous a également conseillé des visites.La literie est confortable et la chambre tout a fait correcte équipée d une bouilloire avec thé et café, le petit plus une viennoiserie accrochée à la porte le matin offert gracieusement. L hôtel est très bien situé par rapport aux théâtres, grand rex etc...un peu de bruit du aux voisins.

Super rapport qualité prix. Jolie chambre avec petit balcon vue sur Folies Bergères. Literie confortable. Douche fonctionnelle. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les deux croissants et l’emplacement idéal. Nous y retournerons en Mars sans hésiter .

Un monsieur charmant nous a superbement accueillis et nous a donné d'excellents conseils pour visiter Paris. Notre chambre twin était parfaite ( literie,propreté, calme).Il n'y a plus de service petit déjeuner mais on vous offre un croissant frais le matin et un plateau de courtoisie est disponible dans la chambre. Si nous revenons dans la capitale nous choisirons sans hésiter cet hôtel.
