Already said reception understand & speak some English
The rooms furniture are broken The shower door came off .
The floor maybe vacuum but not wipe
The living lounge furniture is not clean and maintain

Pros:
Good location - close to metro station, restaurants and cafes. Our room window opens to the courtyard, it was quiet and nice.
Good value - the price is good for Paris
Facility - has a common area where you can play boardgames. We didn't have time to use it. There is also a small kitchen in the room.
Cons:
Not clean - there were hair and dust on the floor from previous lodger
Location- the walk from Metro was a bit longer than expected, especially when we had luggages to carry, but the street was clean and flat so it was not difficult to push the luggage.
Personally I will try a different hotel next time as I think the cleaniness level was not the best, but I wouldn't discourage others to stay in this hotel either as I understand this is pretty good value accommodation in Paris.

Normal aparthotel for its money. The room has almost everything for a normal long stay. It is located between two metro stations. The center is 20 minutes away. There is a heater in the room. Everything worked normally.

A simple business hotel next to the city's outer ring road at Porte Charenton. The heating furnace must be broken. The water will not boil for a long time, so I just stop boiling. The price is reasonable for accommodation in Paris and it's okay if you make do with it. The breakfast seems very plain, so why not buy it from the supermarket first?
There are not many restaurants and convenience stores around, but there is a large supermarket near the subway station. The public security is acceptable and there are no special industries.
Transportation: Available by subway and bus: (1) 5 minutes walk from the bus stop (it is recommended to take a bus from Gare de Lyon, get off at Porte de Charenton and walk) (2) 8 minutes walk from the subway station.
