The hotel's location is excellent, right outside Gare de l'Est station and just a one-minute walk from the metro. The staff was helpful. The room was extremely small, making it difficult to open my luggage, but this was understandable for the price. Many restaurants outside the hotel. You may need to request housekeeping, as rooms are not cleaned daily by default.

Correspondance ratée et nécessité de passer la nuit à Paris... Soulagés de trouver cet Ibis au terme d'un long voyage, sans réservation préalable et avec ascenseur, indispensable pour une PMR. Pas de serviettes de toilette dans la douche. Encore plus surpris par le lavabo, dont le syphon n'était pas raccordé au tuyau d'évacuation et qui nous a copieusement arrosé les pieds. Cela dit, literie convenable et bonne nuit de repos avant de poursuivre notre voyage presto.

Excellent accueil, jeune réceptionniste très souriant ! Nous avons eu une chambre triple très confortable, avec un petit coin dressing et un balcon. La situation parfaite pour nos petits séjours à Paris, à 5 minutes de la Gare de l’Est. Bon rapport qualité prix ! A bientôt

A well located hotel for Gare du North and Gare de L’Est train stations. Also located within walking distance of busy eating areas. The bedrooms and clean and comfortable, if a little basic. Water and instant tea / coffee is available in the reception area. The showers are warm and powerful and the beds are large and comfortable. The window shutters were a great addition.
