The hotel is located near Gare du Nord of Paris, less than 5 min walking. However, there are several Ibis hotels around the area so it needs to be double checked which Ibis hotel the reservation is for. The staffs were very friendly. They were kind enough to let me check in at 10 am, which I really appreciated as I did not have good sleep the night before due to the connecting flight. The room is clean and tidy. Since it is close to the train station, there are many restaurants around.

Pessima esperienza, credo sia la mia prima recensione negativa. Stanze : Stanze piccole, sporche, mal tenute e mal organizzate; la mia con aria condizionata rotta, ventola aspirazione bagno rotta con un bagno minuscolo a tal punto che o chiudevo la porta o mi sedevo sul WC. Son biondo e ogni giorno trovavo capelli neri qua e la. Mi è capitata una stanza vicino all'ascensore e ogni volta che veniva chiamato fino a tarda notte non c'era verso di chiudere occhio. Colazione : Misero buffet senza nessuna forma di igienizzazione, il cibo veniva messo dagli inservienti a mano, senza guanti negli appositi scompartimenti. Pochissima scelta, se uno è vegetariano ha una macedonia misera e basta e se avevi la sfortuna di arrivare alle poco dopo l'inizio della colazione mangiavi quello che trovavi, perchè solo se arrivava un folto numero di persone dopo di te i cibi venivano un attimo ripristinati, altrimenti dieta! Prezzo costoso e pochissima qualità. Sconsiglio in tutte le maniere, nemmeno per soggiorni brevi. Unica nota positiva è la vicinanza all'Opera (circa 10 min a piedi) e personale a tratti gentile
