We were given a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, and everything was exceptional. The only drawback was that upon checking out, we were told the room wasn't paid for, even though we had prepaid for it months before. Aside from that, everything was incredible.

My husband and I are staying here to celebrate our anniversary and are are so glad we picked this lovely hotel! They upgraded our room from standard to the privilege room with balcony, which we are delighted to see has a view of the Eiffel Tower! Walking distance from sacre coeur and other legendary beautiful spots, great shopping and restaurants too. Stylish decor, nice chocolates and teas in the room with bath robes, slippers and toiletries, also much more spacious than the last hotel we stayed at (and at a much better price too). We will definitely be back here again (and book an upgraded room).

Suite sehr schön, aber kein Sonnenschirm auf Terrasse bei 31 Grad, Frühstück enttäuschend: Aufbackcroissants, Nespressocaffee, Geschirr schmutzig und angeschlagen, Anrichte zu klein, kein Platz zum Teller abstellen, im Bett Hygieneeinlage weshalb man trotz Klimaanlage schwitzt.

We received a very warm welcome and were looked after by the hotel team, who were very attentive to our needs and always smiling. The suite was superb, with a superb panoramic view of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. The room was very quiet (even though we were in the middle of Paris), and we were able to enjoy the team's various attentions, as well as a very good breakfast. Thank you for this wonderful experience.
