Absolutely no soundproofing.. The bathroom is small and you have to press the toilet flush button carefully or it leaks.. The cleanliness is not good.. The man who works at night.. He is very helpful, but he is unfriendly.. The price is cheap, but pay a little more and recommend somewhere else. It was my first trip to France, and this hotel left a bad impression on my perception of Paris.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights to watch the Tour de France. On checking in I was advised to pay a room deposit that was going to be refunded on my departure. On my departure on handing back the rooms, I enquired when I was going to receive the refund. I was informed that a payment was going to be made the very same day. Upon landing back I London, I checked my account and there was to refund. I messaged the hotel to which I was informed that payment was made and might take a few days depending how n my bank. It has now been two weeks since I stayed at the hotel, and to this day I have not yet received my deposit back. I tried contacting the hotel and I received a message back saying that the hotel is now closed till the 25th of August 2025. This is very poor customer service and can truly say it is shoddy way of dealing with customer. Definitely one hotel to avoid

Un hôtel aux chambres rénovées qui propose l'essentiel avec un accueil toujours aimable. Une situation proche de la gare saint lazare et des transports, idéal pour visiter Paris. Petit déjeuner en chambre sur demande et coût global raisonnable dans ce secteur. Les chambres ont été récemment rénovées et toutes disposent d'une bonne literie. Les salles de bains sont propres.

Estuvimos 5 noches alojados en este cálido hotel. Somos una familia de 5 personas. Destacamos todo lo bueno que encontramos: 1. Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de la estación de Metro y de paradas de autobuses, también cerca de restaurantes y de un supermercado. 2. Desde el día uno la atención fue excelente por parte de la recepción, siempre muy amables y atentos. 3. La habitación, Impecable, todos los días la encontrábamos en perfecta limpieza y orden. Las camas súper cómodas perfectas para una noche de descanso. La habitación nos pareció muy acogedora. 4. Los desayunos deliciosos, todo fresco y muy rico. Destacamos la atención por parte de las señoras que estaban pendientes de que nada faltara, muy serviciales. Recomendamos este hotel y si algún día regresáramos a esta hermosa ciudad no dudaríamos en volver a hospedarnos aquí. Fam, Brenes

Property was ok, staff was very friendly. A couple of things I didn’t like was having leave my key when leaving the room and that they offered no ice.
