The service was fantastic, the staff very friendly. There's one inconsistency: they should invest in a partition (between the shower and the bath) so people don't get the whole bathroom wet when they shower. I'd guess a curtain costs no more than 3 to 5 euros.

The hotel is located in the Batignolles area, with an excellent location, very safe, quiet, good atmosphere, and very artistic. It is close to many transportation lines, such as M14, RER C, L line, less than 5 minutes away. Very convenient.
And there are convenience stores, supermarkets, taverns, restaurants, and cafes. The hotel staff is enthusiastic and can provide sufficient help.

The location is awesome. That's where the positives end.
There was no smell of cleanliness there. The room was not cleaned even once in a week. Although, of course, there was a semblance of cleaning. We went into the room, but this did not add to the cleanliness. The bed linen was never changed, the nightstand remained sticky. Thank God, at least they brought clean towels.
Also, the room for 60k for 5 days (which is quite a lot) did not smell like three stars. There is nothing in the room. No mini-fridge, no bath accessories, not even disposable slippers.
