Месторасположение огонь. На этом плюсы заканчиваются.
Чистотой там и не пахло. В комнате не убирали ни разу за неделю. Хотя, конечно, видимость уборки была. В номер заходили, но от этого чистоты не добавлялось. Постельное белье ни разу не поменяли, тумбочка как была липкой так и оставалась. Слава богу, хотя бы приносили чистые полотенца.
Также в номере за 60к на 5 дней (что довольно не мало) тремя звездами и не пахло. В номере нет ничего. Ни мини холодильника, ни банных принадлежностей, даже нет одноразовых тапок.

It's a good value hotel. It's an old building, but it has everything you need for a short stay. The service is good, and the staff are friendly. The location is incredible; the metro and bus are very close, and there are several places to eat and shop.

The room and facilities are simple but adequate. The staff is the best, very friendly and attentive. The cleanliness is adequate. The location is also quite good, in a pleasant, welcoming neighborhood with plenty of services, including cafes and restaurants.
Overall, the price-performance ratio is quite good.
