Overall the stay is very suitable for family travelling and the living room is quite big. Will stay here again next time

It is not a bad location, there is a fast food, local restaurant and supermarkets within 5 minute walk. Unless we walk another 10 minutes, there is only 1 subway line which is fine. Its not quite a tourist area and there is a weekend market selling antiques nearby. We reserved was a studio type, its spacious enough to open 2 large luggage and still have space to walk around. The bed is alright but there is only 1 window to lit up the place which is rather insufficient but it works too in a sense. Kitchen is well equip with ovens, inductors, pots, pans, cutleries and cleaning utensils. It is a small kitchenette nevertheless but good enough for a weeks stay. There are no coffee in the unit so we have to walk to the breakfast area for it, which is fine because the machine offers a wide variety of drinks. Only bad thing is that the heater was not working in our unit but a replacement heater was bought in. Staffs are nice and do not mind conversing in English. Do start with bon jour at least. Its not a lavish place, but a place to stay for a few days or weeks. For the price, I think its about there. Its Paris after all. Would I return? Yes sure

We stayed here as part of an easyJet holiday. Location is great metro just minutes away. Bed was comfy and the room was very clean. Like you can get a coffee and water for free in the lobby. They only thing I would say is that it does not have air conditioning and the room we had looked nothing like the pictures but would return
