Overall a good hotel, but we didn't know it is under construction (lobby). We wish we could've known or got a notice from the hotel before hand, so we can book other hotel instead.

Family Stay but Rooms are Very Small. Requested for Towels but need 4 or 5 Calls to the Reception to Follow up and Was Always IGNORED!
Breakfast was AVERAGE for a Novotel brand. Expensive Rate and minimal selections.
Rooms was Clean and Abundant Towels for Family stay. Clean and Modern. Good Internet but only for 24hrs. need to update again to stay connected.
Service was Average and Lobby assistance for Luggage was slow. ( maybe due to small and cramped Lobby space and many Customers checking in ? )
Overall was a Good Stay. but would stay on other hotels for its price.

Apart from the convenient transportation, there is nothing else to recommend. There are 3 places that I am not satisfied with: 1) The water in the shower is very small, and it is easy to slip without a floor mat. 2) The coffee machine and water heater in the room are integrated, and it is not uncommon for the hot water to taste like coffee grounds! 3) The hotel breakfast ingredients are not fresh, the bread is not made that day, and the variety is small and it is very unpalatable. Not to mention the Chinese stomach, even foreigners say it is not delicious. However, in order to have a full day's schedule, you still have to eat some breakfast to replenish energy. In short, it is a four-star hotel and is located in this golden transportation hub, so let it be. I will try another place next time.
