A wonderful hotel in the very center of Paris! Excellent service! Freshly renovated. But expensive for rooms of this size. If you are traveling by car, you must ask the hotel to order a pass in advance. The hotel is located on a street closed to traffic.

Carpet is dirty. Bathroom setting not user friendly . Breakfast is good , very fresh. Staff are friendly with good services . Location is excellent.

What is the experience of a five-star hotel without heating on a day of 10 degrees to 8 degrees? It really happened to me, and it was a Sofitel. Anyway, I caught a cold directly on the second day after staying, and the windows were closed tightly. The equipment Everything else is nonsense. I complained to the front desk the next day. Anyway, the attitude was very sincere, but the problem had occurred and the facilities were very backward. I stayed for 6 nights, but the room card was auomatically deactivated everyday!
when I was back to the hotel, the room card couldn't access the lift or accessed the lift but couldn't access the room.
That means I needed to go to the front desk to get my card re-activted again, every day!
Thay promised it won't happened again the next day,but I did it for 6 days.....wasted my time and reaaly not convenient.
the location is safe and good, Consulate General of the USA and many luxury brands just nearby.
