Hotel Opéra Marigny

The rooms were a bit small but clean, we were generally satisfied with the staff and the hotel. The hotel is very close to the opera district and within walking distance to the center, it was very comfortable for us.

The photos of the hotel on Ctrip are deceiving! Give us the attic on the top floor, all the space in the bathroom is the width of the toilet + 1 the length you can't reach, and the air conditioner engine in the attic is running 24 hours a day, making it impossible to sleep at all! Have you ever seen a shower like Yuba? Do you have to sit in the bathtub to wash your hair? I have repeatedly talked to the hotel staff with different excuses. If we hadn't forced them to give a solution and lose money, we probably wouldn't have seen the room on Ctrip's photo (the space is still very small, but it is obviously N times better than the loft). The cleaning staff also put the trash can in the bathroom on the toilet, and the trash can in the room has not been changed, thinking that we Chinese are easy to bully, garbage! Ctrip shows that the hotel has Chinese services, and the staff can speak English very badly, and they are still in China, so it can be pulled down. There is also the suffocating elevator, look at the picture, I am too lazy to talk about it. The sound insulation of the room is poor, the sound from the next door is clear, the distance between the building and the building is small, the curtains are not drawn properly, and nothing can be seen. Staying in this kind of hotel for 3,000 yuan a night is a lesson learned.

Personnel adorable!!! La dame de la réception m’a aidé à monter mes bagages dans le coffre du taxi car mon fils dormait dans mes bras, j’ai était très touché par ce geste! Au petit soin , je reviendrais avec plaisir dans ce petit hôtel charmant bien située au cœur de Paris

La chambre et la salle de bain sont assez spacieuse. Bien insonorisée. Juste un petit problème avec les lumières de chevet où on pas pu trouver comment les éteindre. Sans doute un variateur qui c’est ça ne fonctionne pas. On a été obligé d’enlever la carte pour couper la lumière. Sinon c’est bien avec un bon emplacement et proche métro.
