Hotel Opéra Marigny

The rooms were a bit small but clean, we were generally satisfied with the staff and the hotel. The hotel is very close to the opera district and within walking distance to the center, it was very comfortable for us.

The photos of the hotel on Ctrip are deceiving! Give us the attic on the top floor, all the space in the bathroom is the width of the toilet + 1 the length you can't reach, and the air conditioner engine in the attic is running 24 hours a day, making it impossible to sleep at all! Have you ever seen a shower like Yuba? Do you have to sit in the bathtub to wash your hair? I have repeatedly talked to the hotel staff with different excuses. If we hadn't forced them to give a solution and lose money, we probably wouldn't have seen the room on Ctrip's photo (the space is still very small, but it is obviously N times better than the loft). The cleaning staff also put the trash can in the bathroom on the toilet, and the trash can in the room has not been changed, thinking that we Chinese are easy to bully, garbage! Ctrip shows that the hotel has Chinese services, and the staff can speak English very badly, and they are still in China, so it can be pulled down. There is also the suffocating elevator, look at the picture, I am too lazy to talk about it. The sound insulation of the room is poor, the sound from the next door is clear, the distance between the building and the building is small, the curtains are not drawn properly, and nothing can be seen. Staying in this kind of hotel for 3,000 yuan a night is a lesson learned.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Hotel ist alt, aber renoviert, deshalb war zum Beispiel das WC sehr klein. Preisleistung hat auf jeden Fall gepasst.

Hôtel idéalement situé.Tout était parfait personnel très accueillant et professionnel. Bon petit déjeuner. Chambre propre. Très bon séjour.

Confort absolument parfait, personnel très agréable. Une première pour nous dans un hôtel 4 étoiles. Nous sommes venus pour un concert à l'olympia, très bien situé. Quand nous sommes arrivés (en avance), la chambre n'était pas prête mais nous avons pu patienter avec café et viennoiseries ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Super hôtel très central. La chambre était confortable. Nous avions une chambre au dernier étage avec balcon. Très sympathique de s’y assoir avec un petit café. Le personnel très gentil et courtois! Petit déjeuner complet et copieux. Je recommande sans hésiter.
