The location is fantastic, close to subway stations, buses, shops, and restaurants. Everyone at reception was very friendly, even though they didn't speak Spanish, they made themselves understood very well. After checkout, they stored my bags until the afternoon/evening when I picked them up, hassle-free and free of charge. It's a simple hotel; the room is small, but for a night's sleep, it's fine. The price-performance ratio, and in a Parisian area not too far away, is very good.

I booked here via ******* on a free cancelation, and cancelled within the deadlines. However the hotel still took the money out of my account. ******* agreed they shouldn't have. 2 months later and I am still waiting. Written to them and got curt responses. I know english isn't the first language, but bad customer service. They have stopped responding to ******* to. Please avoid. Looking at the reviews below, this is obvious!

check in : 8 agosto check out : 9 agosto prenotazione per notti : 6 notti trascorse : mezza effettuato il check in e constata la fatiscenza, sporcizia e il degrado (come da foto allegate) trascorriamo la prima mezza giornata a parigi. all'alba del secondo giorno siamo stati costretti a fare le valigie e il trasloco in un'altra stanza SEMPRE FATISCENTISSIMA perché c'era un topo in bagno. check out immediato con rifiuto da parte dello staff al rimborso della tassa di soggiorno pagata appena arrivati e per 6 notti, non 1. è stato complicatissimo trovare un altro hotel ma meglio in metro l'8 agosto a Parigi che a dormire in quel letamaio. a voi le conclusioni. VI PREGO NON SOGGIORNATE PER NESSUN MOTIVO AL MONDO, ESPERIENZA DA INCUBO!!!!!!!!!

Je commence par le positif, le personnel est très agréable et sympathique et répondent bien aux besoins, ce qui relève la note. Les lits sont confortables et les oreillers nickels aussi. Petit déjeuner très bon avec du choix ! Le négatif maintenant… pour commencer la chambre est minuscule pour 150€ cela fait quand même mal, l’aération est pleine de poussière et fait des bruits, la chambre était pleine de poussière, sur le petit balcon l’appui en bois se détache et est pleine d’échardes, la prise de la télé se détache du mur, la porte de la salle de bain était pleine de traces… Dans la douche la paroi se détache alors mettez vous bien au fond pour pas tremper la pièce… La chasse d’eau fonctionne 1 fois sur 3 il faut la cogner pour qu’elle marche. Au petit déjeuner les chaises étaient très abîmées il faut penser à les changer.

in this hotel we had money stolen from our wallet in our backpack. they stole it during the day when we were not in the room. they stole all the cash. and they do not bear any responsibility. their cameras at the reception do not work. I am sure that this was done by the hotel employees. they rummaged through all the bags and wallets. they did not take other currency, only euros. the worst hotel ever

Hotel in posizione comoda, a due passi da piazza Republique. Nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi locali per cenare, fare colazione ecc. Hotel essenziale (non ho testato la colazione). Camere non grandissime ma essenziali e comunque vivibili, considerando il poco tempo che ci si passa dentro; nella nostra c’erano armadio, frigo, scrivania e tv (il mobilio era nuovo). Bagno grande con doccia. Una nota negativa è che in camera manca l’aria condizionata (eravamo all’ultimo piano mansardato e faceva caldissimo)!!! Personale molto gentile, cordiale e disponibile. Ci hanno tenuto i bagagli sia all’arrivo (siamo arrivati li verso le 11:00) che al check out senza problemi o supplementi. Reception aperta h24. È presente l’ascensore.
