This hotel is located in an amazingly central area with lots of food and sights to be seen.
The room is comfy and super clean. There was no toothbrush, or shaving kit, but there was a sewing kit, which I found strange.
Other than that, room was perfect.
The staff were super friendly and accommodating, I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a lovely stay in the heart of Paris.

We stayed in Hotel Pont Royal in mid July for 3 nights. On second morning my wife found some bites on her shoulder. More bites she got on next morning. The bites match bed bugs bites. We reported to front desk on check out. In general, it's a good hotel in perfect location. Of course, it must be renovated.

The hotel has NO manaagement!! They do the room in the afternoon. The lights of my suite were out of order. I arrived and I had to wait the electrician to do his Job!! They arrange everything with a card and a chocolate but it doesn’t deserve 5 stars!!

Great location ! Within walking distance to the Louvre and Muse d’Orsay. Kind and friendly staff unlike the rest of the locals in Paris . Poor AC in the rooms. Slippery bath tubs / no bath maths. No shower curtain or bathroom fan. Bathroom gets too steamy for showers . Good fresh and tasty food from room service! Great breakfast buffet!

i phoned concierge desk to get some recommendations and spoke with whom i believe went by "Allen or Alan"? He was quite frankly very rude , came across as uninterested and seemed like it was an issue to answer a few of my questions. When i came down in person, he seemed to be very distracted with his phone, and did not exchange many words with me , and was very dismissive in his tone. Maybe because I don't speak good French or English? Or maybe because there was a big hail storm that day, and he was distracted? Whatever the reason, I feel disrespected, very unprofessional.

The accommodations were top notch including the room service, breakfast, comfort and hospitality. I want to give special recognition to the bartenders in the lounge bar. They were extremely professional and poured outstanding drinks. Their names were Andrew and Enzo.
