This Hilton hotel is only a five- to eight-minute walk away from the shopping streets of Galeries Lafayette and Printemps. It is really at the heart of Little Paris.
There are subways and train stations nearby, and taxis line up at the door for a long time, making transportation very convenient.
The room was very clean. I transferred to the executive suite, so it was very spacious. The breakfast was also rich.
The front desk and porters here have good English skills, but there are no Chinese-speaking waiters. Their service attitude is very friendly.

The location is unbeatable, right next to Saint Lazare station, and very close to the Spring and Opera House. The service is five-star, and someone will deliver the luggage to the room.

We checked in at the hotel at night and were given the wrong room. Someone in the room almost made a noise! After waiting for more than an hour, a shabby room was vacated that did not match what we booked online! Ctrip definitely couldn't do anything about it. I couldn't bear to come here for one night and changed the hotel the next day! There is also a big problem with the service attitude!

When I made the reservation, I wrote that I had booked a room with double beds in advance. However, when I actually checked in, all rooms were double rooms, which could not be coordinated. I don’t know if Ctrip didn’t communicate well with the hotel or something. In the end, two grown men were forced to share one bed. , they didn’t even give me an extra quilt, it was very embarrassing.

Awesome! Great location, magnificent lobby bar, extremely helpful staff. The club room is spacious, delicious breakfast & afternoon cocktails with many varierities served at club lounge, dishes were great! A perfect stay for business & leisure 👍
