Hotel located in a small and characteristic Parisian square a stone's throw from the Moulin Rouge: the location is strategic for visiting the city because it is close to the metro, bus and even on foot it is easy to reach the main attractions.
Below the hotel there are many small places that remain open until late at night.
The staff is always very friendly and helpful.
The cleanliness is good, the rooms are small and very spartan: they have the essentials. The stairs to the floors are very narrow.
Poor breakfast.

Good location! Several metro stations are within walking distance. We had a room on the second to last floor. For the money, the room is quite large by Paris standards. There was a French balcony in the room and in the bathroom. You can see the Moulin Rouge in the distance. And in general, the view from the window was very nice.
The room is bright, without any frills.
The following would be considered as disadvantages:
- no refrigerator
- not the most convenient shower and rather weak water pressure
- there is some very popular establishment at the entrance to the hotel. There is always a crowd of people. It is noisy until late at night, but it did not irritate us much, we closed the windows and slept. If you are very sensitive to sounds, then it will be really difficult for you.

The service is OK, but the elevator is small and can't go directly to the floor where you live. You have to walk one and a half floors from the first floor to the floor where the elevator is located. The stairs are also narrow. Friends with large luggage should be cautious when booking a room.

The room is poor, but very clean - bedding, bathroom fixtures - everything is snow-white. Very comfortable mattresses.
The windows overlook the street - indeed, the bar downstairs creates a general hum, but it did not interfere with sleep.
5 minutes from the Moulin Rouge. We walked to the center, 25-30 minutes, to the Eiffel Tower 20 minutes by bus from the stop next to the cabaret.
The staff is friendly, overall, we are happy with the stay.

I have been visiting Paris with my 15 years old son. The hotel is great for its price. Close to Moulin rouge and 2 metro stations. Montparnas and Louvre are in walking distance (about 20 minutes). French breakfast is available (price is reasonable, but there's other oprions nearby). There are many nice restaurants around, where we could get lunch or dinner.
We lived on 6 floor with amazing view! Hotel doesn't have an elevatoor, but we knew about that and were ready for the stairs.
Cleaning was every day of our staing, room is small, but nice. Staff is very nice and friendly.
