NH Paris Gare de L Est

좋은 위치에 있으며, 직원들도 친절하고 시설도 깔끔한 편입니다. 제가 방문한 시기에는 보수 공사가 진행중이어서, 오전과 낮시간대에는 소음이 조금씩 들렸습니다.

Facilities: Average, a little small overall, but very close to the East Station Sanitation: Very clean, cleaned promptly, waiter doesn't speak English, but gestures are fine Service: Very good service attitude, very patient answers

Overall it's pretty good

Location: Opposite the North Station. Very convenient but I personally think it is not very safe at night. There are many restaurants nearby, including KFC, McDonald's and authentic French restaurants. Hotel: Renovation is in progress and there will be noise during the day. The elevator usually indicates that one is working but does not show which floor it is on. The hotel is under renovation and most of it is cordoned off. Room: The hygiene is average. The waiter only knows French and is unwilling to communicate with you using translation software. The bed sheets were not changed for three days. This stay was really disappointing. We booked a suite for three nights, and found out on the first night that the ventilation system was broken. We called the front desk. The front desk said it was already 9pm and all the staff had gone off work, and the crew could only be called in to check tomorrow. That night he gave me a small fan...but it was too hot in the room (it was about 23 degrees in the room and only about 15 degrees outside), and I couldn't sleep well the whole night. We tried to open the windows and doors, but we heard a lot of people making noise outside and the sound of police cars at night😐😐 The next morning I called the front desk to ask if someone would come and fix the ventilation. After waiting for 30 minutes, no one showed up. We needed to go out and continue our journey. I went downstairs in person to ask if someone would come to handle it and they replied that someone would definitely come to check it today. When I returned to the hotel at night, I found that no one had come to check. I ran to the front desk for help. They told me again that the technician was off duty and couldn't handle it today, so I had to wait another day. I asked if we could change rooms as we couldn't sleep at all but was told there were none available. So we spent two consecutive nights without sleeping well. On the third morning, I called and asked to see the manager. She explained that the hotel didn't have air conditioning because it wasn't hot outside, I explained to her that it wasn't a temperature issue at all, but a ventilation system failure that resulted in no air circulation at all. She said it might be because we lived on a high floor. I asked her twice to come to the room and check the problem herself, but she refused and told me there was "nothing she could do". I then asked the manager if there was a second room and he said there might be one but the problem would be the same 🙄. Finally, my husband asked him to ask the repairman to come up and check immediately. After the staff came up, they confirmed that there was a problem with the power line and repaired it. Because I didn’t sleep well in the past two days and I was too tired to go out 😞 I had to try to take a short rest in the hotel on the afternoon of the third day, but I couldn’t sleep because of the noise from their renovation.

The first floor is under renovation, so the price is cheaper. Just opposite the Gare de l'Est station, convenient transportation. But there are really too many **, and the safety factor is average. Cost-effective

The rooms here are clean and tidy, and the service staff are polite. The breakfast was delicious and the stay was pleasant! I will continue to book here next time I come! Very satisfied! ! !
