But the room facilities are average, the carpet is too dirty, and the bed is too bad!

Fabulous structure! Exceptional service with friendly staff who know languages well (including Italian) and are available for any need. Satisfactory cleaning. The structure is in an excellent location, close to shops, bistros and close to two metro stops. The excellent location allows you to also walk to the Eiffel Tower.
If I were to return to Paris I would definitely book here again!
Fabulous bar on the seventh floor with an exceptional view and excellent products to taste!
