No sound from outside or inside. Excellent shower; also bath available. Very friendly staff. Came downstairs well after breakfast time, got free coffee and croissants in the lounge/bar.

On retrouve les éléments positifs des hôtels MERCURE ( confort, petit déjeuner copieux et empreint de créativité, disponibilité du personnel) avec en prime une convivialité surprenante en plein Paris: accueil personnalisé et chaleureux de l'ensemble du personnel qui met tout en oeuvre pour nous satisfaire. Nous y retournerons pour nos prochaines visites dans la capitale.

Debo decir que el personal que atiende fué super comprensivo y respetuoso. Ahora la review: Reservamos una promo para familias que era de 2 habitaciones, 2 adultos y una niña de 9 años. Entendimos (quizas es diferencia cultural) que las habitaciones iban a estar conectadas. Pero no: nos dieron 2 habitaciones independientes. El personal de recepción fue compresivo y cancelamos el resto de la estadía. Ahora más sobre el hotel: no es 4* . Es un 3* normal, no había nada de 4*, ni la recepción, ni la habitación, ni la ducha, ni la cama. Vi 2 habitaciones, una tenía un placar muy pequeño, la otra uno apenas más grande. Solo pasamos una noche. Las habitaciones pequeñas, pasillos pequeños. La limpieza normal, la atención del personal también justa, pero definitivamente no es un hotel 4*.
