Lift on the upper floors wasn't working, we had to carry our luggage up several flights of stairs. Shower and sink were in the bedroom, the remainder of the bedroom was too small to open a suitcase on the floor. The panel to connect a laptop to the TV wasn't working. Really friendly service, but 260€/night was way too expensive for such a glorified shoebox.

Great location, very easy to get to attractions and popular areas on foot. Room was small but ideal for somewhere to get your head down.

There are basically no public facilities in the hotel. The room is really small. There is no place to open the luggage after two people check in. They have to put it on the bed to open it. The hotel is in a good location. There is a subway in 3 minutes' walk.

I checked in, stayed overnight, went out at 10 a.m. the next day, went in around 3-4 a.m., and there were ants crawling on the bed;; When I first spoke, they asked me if I wanted to check out? I need to find a place to sleep right now, but...
I decided to move to another room on the same floor, but they told me to move everything within an hour. I also had to shake off all the ants on my suitcase and luggage.
It was really annoying, but there was no service or anything like that.
For reference, I hung it on the doorknob not to provide room cleaning service.
