Very arrogant hotel. No service at all. The most terrible thing is that they don't care about hygiene and safety. No feedback or attention. No hotel professionalism. They don't want to cut off Chinese business. I told the hotel that the table was broken and had injured someone, but the hotel was indifferent. Ctrip also had no way to deal with the hotel and didn't know how to deal with it again and again. I don't recommend staying in such a hotel.

Booked two rooms and was assigned with one corner room which is bigger than the other.
Corner room was big and we enjoy the stay.
Coffee capsules was only on the first day as welcome drink.
Hair dryer different to use as we need to press the on button constantly.
Washing machine in the basement was out of service during our stay.
Hotel location is fantastic, very near to Galeries Lafayette Haussmann.
