房間地板不太乾淨，不知道是不是劃痕。洗臉池下水很慢很慢，花灑出水可以，吹風機風力不行。樓下有酒吧，到十一二點了，睡眠不好的要注意和前台要求偶數房間。隔音不好，衞生間像是加出來的，兩道門。早餐法棍、可頌味道都很好，前台服務熱情，寄存物品方便免費。貝西地鐵站在斜對面，2分鐘，里昂車站1.3公里，步行20分鐘。

가격대비 가성비가 좋고 아침까지 제공해주어 매우 만족스러움.
주전자,냉장고,비누등을 제공하지는 않지만, 깔끔하고 경제적으로 잘 묵고 왔음.
교통도 좋고 호텔앞에 베르시역 지하털 출구가 있어서 밤늦게도 안전함.

房間中規中矩，該有的都有，出差的人不少。隔音一般般。沒有熱水壺，但可以找前台幫忙倒水。沒有拖鞋。
交通方便，去機場特別方便！！！

Objet : Réclamation concernant ma réservation et les prestations
concernant plusieurs aspects de mon séjour je ne suis pas satisfait. En effet, j’avais réservé un hôtel à un tarif habituel compris entre 140 € et 180 €, j’ai réglé 254€ environ. Ce montant me paraît excessif et ne correspond pas aux tarifs habituels.
De plus, à mon arrivée, j’ai constaté que la chambre était en panne de climatisation alors que les températures extérieures avoisinent les 36°C. La chaleur dans la chambre impacte notre confort.
Je pourrais même rajouter une salle de bain pas très soigné, pas de balai dans les toilettes....
Ainsi qu'une taxe de 11 € demandée à l’arrivée, ce que je trouve excessif par rapport aux prestations proposées de plus sur la réservation nous lisont bien que tout est inclus...Donc 268€...Une dinguerie !
Je n'aime pas mettre des commentaires négatifs sur les réseaux et sur tripvisor...
Mais là ! Pas de chance pour la climatisation.....
