1. The front desk system is old, and the check-in procedure is extremely complicated and time-consuming. Also, the order already includes breakfast, but in the end I was charged for breakfast;
2. The house is very old, the water from the shower and toilet is yellow-brown, and the water pipes must be rusty;
3. The air conditioner does not heat, the heater is useless, the house is very cold, and the indoor temperature is less than 19 degrees;
