Wonderful stay. Clean and quiet apartment... small but cozy. With kitchen equipment and small convenient supermarket just downstairs. Small espresso machine special pod but I found it a shame not to put one or two doses as a welcome gift.

J’ai passer une nuit avec mon conjoint dans un des appartements la semaine dernière. L’appartement est en fait une chambre, très petites, bien plus petites que ce que laisse croire le site internet. L’emplacement était en revanche parfait, quartier très sympa. Cependant, plusieurs problèmes : - Premièrement on a du demander les code d’accès à la chambre par mail plusieurs fois (sans réponse) on a donc dû appeler directement les jours même car 0 réponse. - Un petit déjeuné devait nous être livré à partir de 10h30, nous avons attendu 2h rien n’est arriver, nous attendons toujours le petit déjeuné !! -De plus a 10h alors que nous dormions encore la femme de ménage a failli rentrer dans la chambre (a toqué 1 fois rapidement et a fait directement les code pour rentrer dans la chambre) heureusement que nous nous sommes réveillé sinon elle serait rentré (merci l’intimité).

I spent one night in this apartment from 7am....(due to relocation to another room at WS Opéra), and it was a nightmare. There was a mouse in my room, which prevented me from sleeping. I immediately reported the problem to support, but the only solution offered was rehousing... at 7am! Completely unacceptable. Despite my reminders, no compensation was offered. Non-existent customer service and unsanitary accommodation. I strongly advise against this place to anyone considering staying there.

We stayed at this property and were woken in the night by a gurgling sound coming from the bathroom. By the time we got up there was poo coming up from the plughole in the shower. This meant we could not shower or use the toilet. We called the property to see if there was somewhere else we could wash and she said no but that somebody would come out to fix it and call us. We didn’t hear anything back except for generic messages saying they were looking into it. In the end we had to check out and leave for our flight. We have asked for a refund but are yet to receive it, and the only thing we have received is an invoice for the city tax. Hoping to receive a refund soon.
