The location is very good. The surrounding scenic spots and supermarkets are close. The room is clean and sanitary. The service attitude is good. The only thing is that the room is a bit small.

The sanitation and environment are good. The service was good at first, but the elevator broke down when I left, and no one notified me. I was in a hurry to go to the airport and asked the waiter to come up to help with the luggage, but he didn't come, and the person who came up to help with the luggage was also very unprofessional. I highly recommend staying here when traveling to France. I like this hotel very much. The location is very good, quiet and safe. There are many delicious restaurants nearby and they are very close to the hotel. The room is very new and clean, the design is very beautiful, and the bathroom is large and comfortable. Every staff member I met was very friendly and thankful for their help. I would like to stay here again next time.

Convenient location, perfect services. Just a bit surprised by the sudden hotel tax charge (not included in Trip.com booking) when we do check out, not sure if it is applicable to all hotels in Paris, seems no such tax in Madrid. Decent hotel design, highly recommended!

An absolutely brilliant hotel that was centrally located. The interior design was fabulous and had a very new feel about it. Staff were amazing and went out of their way to help. The rooms were fabulous, the bed was super comfortable and the the shower was great. We cannot fault and would stay again!
