The hotel is in a very safe and good location. The service is very friendly. There is a washer-dryer in the room. The only drawback is that the room is not bright and the hygiene is average.

The location is convenient enough to get to places. a nice square near by with plenty of cafes. the hotel is new and super clean. The staff goes above and beyond to help with anything. The glass house-like dining area and the open work space was my favorite! Would definitely stay here again

The overall feeling is good. It is a newly renovated room, similar to an apartment. The room is equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooker, steamer, kitchenware, etc. However, the room is not cleaned every day. If there is garbage, you can put it at the door and someone will come to collect it. You can get new towels at the front desk every day. It is basically self-service, and there is a free laundry area, which is quite convenient.

Stayed here for a week and I give it a 7 out of ten overall.
Pros:
- Very nice location. I'll choose to stay at this neighborhood again next time I visit Paris.
- The hotel is very photogenic and clean.
- Nice gym and there is a laundry room.
Cons:
- We paid 30€ for an early check in however there's no information on the website telling how early the check in is. We only found out on arrival at the front desk and the early check in is 2 pm. So basically you check in 2 hours early only.
- The hotel only provides house keeping once in 7 days.
- The communication is via WhatsApp or going to the front desk only since there's no phone in the room. Sometimes it takes very long to respond if you use WhatsApp and the front desk is busy most of the time.

The trash can was not full when I checked in... I asked the front desk to help me throw away the trash, but they agreed but didn't do it... There was no trash can or paper towels in the room... I almost got a foreign object stuck in my throat when I ate the cereal for breakfast... Although the glass roof of the restaurant is really nice... I don't think it is a four-star hotel
