I thought the room was good but it was very small. I found bugs on the window the next day. I immediately asked the front desk to change the room. I found that other rooms of the same type were very large. The one assigned to me was very small. And there were not many people staying there. I don’t know why???

I could not believe service staff is well trained. The staff at counter table condemned my for I did not say “ good morning” to them and mocked me. Very terrible and racist. I did not say any word disrespectful to them, I was just rushing to catch my flight. They are the most arrogant and racist people in France I have seen. They felt like they could discriminate a young, asian solo female traveller that looked very mild, but I will never tolerate such terrible behaviours. You cannot believe these ” helpful and friendly” staff laughed at me when I left the counter, but this did happen. It ruined the beautiful image of Paris in my mind.
