這家酒店的保潔員手腳不乾淨，把我一個好看的帆布包順走了。勸入住的朋友不僅要保管好重要東西，也要看好不重要的東西，因為帆布包不值錢，夠不上報警金額，遊客不會太在意衹能自認倒黴。保潔員咬死沒見過，3個前台工作人員跟我説保潔員沒見過她們也沒有辦法。沒有給解決方案，沒有説賠償，沒有説看監控調查，就這樣理論半小時無果。沒在巴黎外面被偷，在酒店房間裏被偷了。我真的第一次入住一家酒店，敢這麼明目張膽偷我帆布包，專挑不貴的東西順走。
房間很冷，我們連着兩天提訴求説想要一個加熱器，一個男前台説他們酒店沒有這種東西，第三條找另一個女前台説漏嘴了，説有，於是我們找之前的男前台要，他還是説沒有這種東西，我們説你另一個同事説你們有，這才改口讓我們下來前台把加熱器帶走。
真開眼了。

地點很方便，就在8號線地鐵邊上，其他還有公交。旅遊來説還是方便的。酒店裝修森林風格，衞生也不錯，膠囊咖啡，飲用水，帶包茶，紙巾都有配備。如果下次來巴黎，還會再來

Great hotel, very clean, new, warm,cosy and staff are amazing they can’t do enough for you.
Metro station is across the road which makes it very easy to get to anywhere you need. The only thing I would fault is the noise. Our room was across the elevator so it was very noisy and all you hear is traffic and police sirens outside all night. Other than the noise I would 100% stay here again. Breakfast wasn’t all that but a small choice to get you through to lunch. The whole theme of the animal hotel is faultless and is the best I have seen. Would also be nice if the water was filled up after being drank but only one water per guest for so many nights is not much. Overall this hotel is 90% perfect and I would go back.

Although well connected with the metro at the door, it is far from the points of interest. The carpeted room gave off a strange, somewhat unpleasant smell. The staff was friendly and professional.
