The stay was bad. We did our homework on reading the reviews on Trip.com and even other hotel booking platforms. but it was still a wrong choice.
Firstly, it was the room key card being disactivated everyday, and having to get it re-configured is so troublesome as the there is no 24-hr reception area and we had to use roaming charges to make a call to the number they provided at the reception area. Secondly, this building is a shared space with students on long stay. The neighborhood is also not the safest, we got stalked when walking back from the metro, it was so dangerous, not going to stay here again if we are coming back to Paris. Thirdly, there is a washer-dryer area to do your laundry, but there is no clear instruction, and you have to get your own detergent. Lastly, this is not a place for those who prefer safety and comfort over price in Paris, Just dont stay here.

Le jeune homme à l’accueil a été très sympathique, ce qui a été l’un des rares points positifs de mon séjour. L’emplacement est excellent : tramway juste en face, métro à proximité, et un quartier vivant avec de nombreux restaurants, un marché, des épiceries et supermarchés. Malheureusement, le séjour a été fortement entaché par la présence de cafards dans la chambre, dès le début. Malgré une intervention tardive des agents de l’établissement, la situation n’a pas été résolue et j’ai dû cohabiter avec ces nuisibles pendant toute la semaine. Aucun changement de chambre ne m’a été proposé, et aucun geste commercial n’a été fait. L’état de propreté général était d’ailleurs très moyen. Dommage, car le potentiel est là, mais un minimum d’hygiène et de réactivité face aux problèmes est indispensable.

Located at the edge of the city with decent commute. Room was dirty and small. Air conditioning was little to none. Stayed 4 nights and they never changed the sheets or towels. Would not recommend and will not be returning

We visited Paris for the first time and completely enchanted us. We stayed in a beautiful accommodation, where about 400m was the metro, so we traveled beautifully by subway and visited the sights that could be reached in 2 days. Accommodation was smaller, but pleasant and clean. we will return to Paris.

Muy bien comunicado, con posibilidad de dejar el coche en el parking de Aldi (en el bajo del edificio) y moverte en tranvía y metro. La estación de tranvía Marie de Miribel está apenas a unos metros del apartahotel. Está lejos del centro, pero, como ya he dicho, muy bien comunicado

Many unresolved malfunctions (elevator broken for several months, impossible to obtain a duplicate key). The staff is rather friendly but does not take into account needs and comments. The quality of the services is not in line with the prices charged.

Conforto e comodidade.
É um apart hotel ou seja é um flat com cozinha americana, cama e banheiro. Tem tudo para vc ficar como se fosse em uma casa. Tem alguns detalhes como todo lugar, como por exemplo o chuveiro que oscila a temperatura. Um ponto chato é a limpeza que é feita a cada 7 dias! Sim, tive que usar as mesmas toalhas por uma semana. Tem lavanderia com máquina e secadora. A Wi-Fi é muito boa. Não tem ar condicionado só calefação, então se vc for no verão talvez passe calor, tem uma janela no quarto mas a rua tem barulho. Fui na primavera e dormi com a janela meia aberta. Faltou o ar condicionado para ser nota 10.
