The location was convenient as it was close to Champs Élysées and to Madeleine metro station. The interiors of the hotel were fantastic and met with high expectations. The room is properly serviced everyday with refilled large mineral water which solves a lot of problems for me. The staff were very helpful. The only thing is that despite the pamphlet in the room saying the hotel is prepared with EU/USA adapters on request yet they didn’t have a proper one to provide when I asked for it at the counter

Love their location and aesthetic of the hotel room. A little bit small but still managed to open up 2 big luggages in our room. Love that they’re using diptique as well.

Facilities: The facilities are brand new and very stylish, unlike the old facilities in the previous hotel. Hygiene: The house is clean, the toilet, the bathroom, the sheets, etc. are all very clean. Environment: The environment is OK. The location is also close to Spring and other shopping places. It is very convenient. Service: The service is 3.5-3.8. First: There was no one at the front desk when checking in. I looked for the front desk for a long time. The bar waiter downstairs in the hotel didn't have good eyesight. He didn't help us when we asked. Second: When I returned to the hotel at 9 o'clock in the evening, there was still no one at the front desk. I looked around again but to no avail. The funny thing is that the front desk was chatting with the waiter at the bar. I didn't look for the waiter, so the front desk just watched. You said it is not a 24-hour front desk, it is really there, but it is useless. The welcome drink given when checking in was useless, so I won't comment.

Overall it's pretty good, the decoration and furniture are very good, but it hasn't been cleaned for several days, and the towels are changed every two days at most. The location is very convenient, you can go anywhere, and shopping is also a good choice.

The storefront is relatively small, and it is quite close to the subway station. The interior decoration has been renovated and is quite French and exquisite, but some facilities are indeed not practical, such as the placement of the toilet 🚽, and the blackout curtain in the bathroom is not completely blocked, and the shower window faces the road... It may be a room type problem. The hotel can only check in at 3 pm. Luggage can be stored in advance. The service is still quite good, and the cost performance is relatively high

The room is clean and the service is friendly. I ate three Chinese restaurants near the hotel, and the drunken fish was OK. Go out from the back door of the hotel (the restaurant door next to the elevator), turn right and walk straight to the opera house. Galeries Lafayette is closer, and the front door is a bit longer. There is a bus stop at the entrance of the hotel and a subway station nearby.
