Hôtel avec un très pauvre service client, dépourvu d’empathie. J’ai du annuler ma nuit suite à un gros problème personnel qui est survenu le jour même. Malgré mon partage et les sollicitations de Bookings, aucune écoute, le directeur n’a fait aucun geste et m’a facturé tout de même la nuit.
