Un très jolie établissement très bien situé idéal pour s’amuser en couple. Les chambres sont très propre et le personnel adorable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir! Le choix des chambres est un plus le tarif est raisonnable pour la qualité de la prestation.

Pour l'anniversaire de mon chéri, j'ai réservé et payé la formule " eat and Love ". Mais une fois arrivés sur place , personne n'était au courant de cette réservation, j'ai du faire des aller-retour entre le restaurant et l'hôtel pendant plus d'une demi-heure pour réussir à prouver que j'avais bien réservé etvsurtout payé cette soirée ! Pas très romantique, j'ai passé quasiment autant de temps avec la receptionniste de l'hôtel qu'avec mon conjoint. Je suis donc assez déçu de cette soirée , et j'ai du mal à comprendre un tel manque d'organisation. J'ai bien tenté de les joindre sur leur site où ils vantent une réponse immédiate , j'attends toujours...

Les attaches de la cage sont cassés donc inutilisables. Les lumières rouges ne fonctionnent pas donc pas d’ambiance tamisée. Miroirs sales, tête de lit sale. Et préservatif ouvert dans la douche … Breeef ça ne vend pas du rêve ! Franchement déçus.

I do not recommend, very BAD EXPERIENCE ⚠️ To begin with, the price is clearly not worth the service offered... Delivery of the keys for the room very long, more than 30 minutes of waiting because it was not ready in due time.. "Infinite Love Pack" including decoration, 45 minutes of jacuzzi, a bottle of champagne. Result: 2 poor balloons and a petal heart on the bed, no champagne and broken jacuzzi... As for the room, it is true that visually it was very beautiful. However, the hygiene was limited, very uncomfortable bed, no standard (no cup in the bathroom, no sample of shower gel or other...) And then, the soundproofing of the room let's not talk about it... . a disaster. We haven't slept all night 😡 In the end, it must have been a romantic evening in a little cocoon of love that turned into horror with a desire to LEAVE! Very bad memory for this Valentine's Day 2022...
