Super 8 by Wyndham Paris TN

Nicest people working there, very clean room!! I have stayed here several times and it is always the same excellent service and cleanliness! They also have the most reasonably priced snacks available at the front desk, I believe they do that as a service and not to make money. My 10 year old grandson said to me "Grandpa, that man at the desk is so nice". Young children speak the truth!!

Booking at another hotel was mysteriously "lost". It only took 5 minutes to secure rooms at Super 8. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The grounds, building and rooms were exceptionally clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast super.

The front desk receptionist has an attitude and is very rude. The have an additional “deposit” that you are not aware of until check in. The do not allow guests to visit the hotel if they’re not on the reservation not matter the reason. It’s best just to spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

Harsh detergents used on their sheets it bothered my skin and I broke out and rash now on antibiotics. I do not see any bugs however I know that they had problems in the past.They have bed bug covers on the beds but past reviews tell me otherwise.I did not see any signs of any bugs whatsoever in our 3 nights stay

We have stayed at this hotel several times. We feel they give their customers personal attention. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. Walking distance to several restaurants. Breakfast was tasty. Favorite was waffles and coffee.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable, and room was comfortably cool on arrival. Shower had hot water with good water pressure. There were plenty of clean towels.

This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. To begin with, if you call and make a reservation, they will charge your card to book the room. Then when you check in they will charge you again, plus a $50 fee in case you tear up the room! I would not have known this had I not checked my card balance! They told me that I would not get the extra charges removed until I checked out 4 days later! Then we went to the room and could not get in. The keys would not work. Once the keys were fixed we had to practically break down the door to get in because it was damaged. In the room, water was seeping up from the floor under the sink. There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, and a big brown rusty looking spot was at the bottom of the tub. All of the towels were dirty with brown and pink stains. We had to go to Walmart and buy towels! They had maxed out my card so I had to stay or I would have left then. My friend's room was worse! The sink would not drain and she had scalding hot water in the shower! The maid service was horrible! They took out the trash but did not change the bed linen. Beware! Do not stay here for any reason.

We normally stay at this hotel when we’re in town visiting my husband family. It serves it purpose. Other than dirty bathrooms and ants my last visit. It’s okay. Also they should have twin queen beds not full. Sometimes the site or app won’t go into details on which one.

I was waaaaaaay overcharged for one night. He knows he did it. He even left it pending 10 days... Ummm,NOPE! NOTHING BUT A SCAM HOTEL! I shouldn't be penalized for having a "pay as u go" debit card. Just bc he's "foreign" doesn't mean he's ripping me off. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS! BBB is definitely going to be called.
