Best location: Close to metro (5mins walk), central area just 15-30 mins away, tasty asian restaurants (even for Asian standard lol) right beside & across the hotel.
Staffs are friendly especially the guy that greeted us in the afternoon.
Lift & room are small but convenient enough, can’t complain considering the affordable price for a strategically located hotel in Paris.
We were very impressed with the hotel.
Its location is very convenient for getting to the underground system, from where you have a quick and easy link to get around Paris and outside the city.
There are many food outlets where they have a good selection of styles. There is also a large shopping centre with a cinema and theatre.
The hotel itself is just perfect. The staff are very attentive and are willing to assist you if you are requiring anything.
The bedrooms are well laid out and have very comfortable beds. Our room was on the fifth floor, it was nice and quiet, and kept clean and tidy by the staff.
We will definitely be returning here on our next trip.

I chose this hotel primarily for its location, which turned out to be fantastic for exploring the city. The room was also adequate and comfortable enough. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the lack of what I consider to be standard hotel amenities. I was quite surprised that there was no kettle available in the room, no designated trash can, and no tissues. For the price and category of hotel, I would typically expect these basic items to be provided.
The room is old and a bit dirty. The most amazing thing is that as soon as I entered the door, I found two mini bugs on the bed. It should be fleas? I don't want to sleep anymore.
But the room has air conditioning, it is very cool and very powerful, that is, the sound is bigger, much stronger than those hotels without air conditioning.
The front desk staff is very good and very good.
(Ps, the other hotel I stayed in today is less than two hundred yuan more expensive than this hotel, but it is n times cleaner than here, and the location is better. So it's not how bad this hotel is, but the price is not high.)
Good, the first choice for business trips, the hygiene is good, and the breakfast is included. It's OK, but the rooms in Europe are generally too small. The environment is OK, recommended, I will come again next time
The location is not far from the national map, and the room is okay. To store your luggage, you have to go to a locker in the B1 parking lot, and you have to deposit 2 euros to lock it, which is quite inconvenient.
Very close to the subway station, the environment and service are very good. The public toilet in the basement is very clean, and the counter service staff is also very friendly. It is a good place worth visiting again!
Location is alright, it’s abt 5mins walk to metro station. Takes about 20mins metro to Louvre. Receptionist is really nice she explained everything really well. We booked for two nights, but the air conditioner was broken and we only only borrow fans from there. They promised to get someone fix it for us the other day, but it remained unfixed the other day as they responded they do not have the piece to fix it. They offered free breakfast the other day to compensate. The room we moved in was narrow for three person, narrow walking space, could be inconvenient to fully open up a big suitcase

Very Good
VVladimirWe stayed in this apartment for 6 nights. All these 6 nights we were fed breakfast that the air conditioner would be fixed and a technician would come tomorrow, but in fact no one came. The room had a terrace for 2 people. On the 4th day they brought a fan, to the comment that there were 3 of us and 2 fans were needed, everyone answered ”No”. There was an unpleasant smell from some of the boxes.
The apartments are generally normal, but only in cool weather. I think the air conditioner never works here)

MMaksimExcellent strategic location with a metro station and a shopping center at your doorstep. I was lucky to get a studio at the top floor with a nice view of the main attractions over the roofs.
The studio was somewhat smaller than expected, just enough for one person though. Strangely, you have got a small equipped kitchen to cook, but no proper table to sit and eat.
Also, the noise isolation from the street is somewhat poor: do not expect to sleep long while the magnificent city gets busy every morning.

CCatherineIt was a great stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, nice and helpful.
The rooms are nice, tidy and clean. For the double room that I stayed in, it wasn't very big but certainly a good size. It had everything needed like TV, kettle and hair
dryer, a fan (it doesn't have air con) and a safe. It didn't have a fridge but I didn't need one.
I had their breakfast when staying there. It was a great selection from cheese to ham to fruit salad, yogurts, pastry, cereal, juices, tea, coffee, boil your egg to your preferred softness/hardness. It was great breakfast.
The location is very central and very convenient. There were lots of restaurants around and close to the metro station. And you get to see the ”Teddy Bear” street.
I would be happy to go back to the same place again!

GGuest UserEnvironment: Good
Hygiene: Good
Facilities: Good
Service: Good, there is free luggage storage, the lobby rest area is large, and free tea and snacks are prepared.
GGuest UserThe accommodation environment is very good, the interior decoration is very warm, and the home appliances are complete and easy to use. It's just that the outside was still under renovation when we stayed there, so it was a little noisy in the morning. The location is very convenient, there are several supermarkets across the street, and the area is relatively safe. It is also convenient to contact the owner. Recommended to stay.
AAnonymous UserThis place looked a little different from the pictures, but all in all, the place wasn’t too bed. Only thing I can complain is that the floors in the room are quite cold due to the weather. Place is sparkling clean, spacious, near to the metro station
