Villa Angelika exceeded our expectations in so many ways, making our stay in Parga truly memorable. Here are some details to help you plan your visit: Accommodation: We stayed on the ground floor, where the room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably equipped with air conditioning. The large wall shielding us from the main road was a great feature, as it helped minimize noise from the occasional mopeds passing by. Despite the proximity to the road, the noise was never too bothersome. Pool Area: The pool area was a highlight for us—it was never overcrowded, and there were always plenty of sunbeds available, which made it easy to relax at any time of day. Breakfast: Breakfast options were standard but satisfying, offering both English and continental styles. A nice touch was the complimentary bottled water provided with breakfast, which we could take with us for our day trips—very convenient! Location: The villa’s location is fantastic, with easy access to Parga’s attractions. Parga has two main beaches: Piso Krioneri, which is quieter and rockier, and Ai Yannakis, which can get very crowded, especially in August. If you plan to visit Ai Yannakis, getting there early is a must to secure a spot. Staff: The staff at Villa Angelika were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel right at home, and they genuinely went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Activities: We explored the local area, including a lovely walk to the Castle, which offers beautiful views. We also took an 8-hour boat trip to Paxos and Antipaxos. While the trip was enjoyable, we felt it could have been a bit shorter by skipping Lakka and focusing on Gaios instead. The snorkeling was excellent, and the overall price was reasonable, though booking directly might save a few euros compared to using TUI. Dining Recommendations: There are several great restaurants near the hotel worth visiting: Περιβόλι (Garden), Taverna Yannis, and Taverna Krioneri in Parga—all offered delicious meals and wonderful service. Overall: Villa Angelika was a fantastic surprise, and Parga itself is stunning. We would 100% visit again and highly recommend Villa Angelika as a great base for exploring this beautiful area. G
