We stayed for a night in this gorgeous quaint hotel in the historical part of Paraty and it was stunning! The bed was comfortable and the staff were rather pleasant. The room was spacious and lovely and it was situated in a convenient area. The men who carried our luggage were sweet too and I spoke a little French with one of them. I really recommend this place.

Execellente estada, servico impeca'vel, quartos e suites aconchegantes, roupas de cama e banho limpas e de boa qualidade, toalhas novas. Lenco'is super limpos e cheirosos. Cafe' da manha de boa qualidade. A pousada fica no Coracao de Paraty. Todos os funcionarios e a recepcao sempre dispostos a darem informacoes e ajudar em tudo que for necessario. Ficamos uma semana maravilhosa na Pousada.

We stayed 4 nights at this Pousada and had 5 rooms for a large family group I cannot fault the place . In the centre of the historic part of Paraty . Beautiful rooms . We had some larger and smaller rooms at different prices , any room in this hotel is good . The owner is present and interacts with the guests. Because of the location you have to understand that there will be a bit of street noise.. if you sleep v lightly and need silence at night then perhaps stay outside of the historic part of town . We had a delicious breakfast with a lot of options every day There is a nice pool area The hotel lend you beach bags and towels for outings. Reception speak English. A bit rare in Brazil . Excellent stay .

Gostamos bastante! Localização excelente! Tem estacionamento e manobrista! Vc pode fazer tudo a pé no centro de Paraty! Fica perto de tudo! Atendinento gentil. Ficamos nos quartos intermediários e no quarto 9! Muito bom, silencioso, ótimo ar condicionado! Amenities bons! Limpeza boa! O café da manhã maravilhoso, várias opções! Inclusive além do que já é oferecido, vc tem escolhas a parte! A piscina ótima! Uma boa opção para ficar em Paraty! Ahhh todo dia tinha mini chocolates nos quartos!

points positifs: la situation de l'hôtel, la décoration, le petit-déjeuner points négatifs: manque de clarté des différentes catégories de chambre et des prix associés: nous étions avec des amis qui avaient réservé une chambre double économique et nous, une chambre double standard. Nous avons eu le même type de chambre, la seule différence est le prix plus élevé pour nous !!! absence de personnel au bar le premier soir à 19h, après nous être signalés, nous avons attendus 30 mn puis nous sommes partis faute de barman. très peu de possibilité de rangement dans les chambres

Volvimos luego de 5 años a la hermosa Paraty. Y volvimos a la misma Pousada. Recuerdos increibles. La había amado hace 5 años. Fui con esa expectativa y no solo encontré la misma excelencia y calides en la atención y los servicios, sino que la superaron. Es un lugar que invita a quedarse, a disfrutarlo. Lo demás, estaba todo perfecto: Habitación, desayuno, serivios en general de la posada. Tan es así que llovía y nos prestaron paraguas.

Excellent costumer service. Rooms are lovely, pousada is well maintained and located at the heart of historical Paraty. Linen is absolitely imaculate, clean, fresh, welcoming staff. Reception desk was always ready to assist, staff are well trained, polite and flexible.

Pousada excelente. Limpeza, localização e atendimento, em especial o das meninas da recepção. Muito simpáticas e atenciosas. Café da manhã muito bom, especialmente os itens do buffet. Ótimo custo benefício. Pretendo voltar em breve. Estacionamento dentro da pousada.

Gostaria de elogiar o hotel Pousada do Ouro principalmente o atendimento dos funcionários sempre muito educados e atenciosos além de nos ajudar em uma situação em que tive alergia que o funcionário do período da tarde bem simpático me doou um remédio E no check out da pousada onde nos permitiram ficar 3 h a mais sem cobrança Ótima experiência
