We stayed in a 3-bedroom condo unit near Okada for 6 pax. It was just an overnight (12hrs stay to sleep and freshen up). The price was definitely worth it and the space was comfortable and stylish. However, the check-in instructions could be improved for a smoother arrival especially when you need a parking. I’ve already communicated the issues we encountered and I hope these get fixed soon. Once addressed, I can confidently recommend this place to others. For value and space, it’s a 10/10.

There was no staff at the check-in counter. Only a security guard was present.
Room assignments were emailed at 2:00 PM on the day of my stay.
I had to show the security guard my room assignment email to check in, so if I arrived early, conversation was impossible.
I asked to store my luggage until my room assignment was confirmed, but they refused.
I spoke to the staff through Trip.com, and finally received an email offering to store my luggage, but the security guard still refused.
I wanted to go to another hotel.
Even after check-out, they refused to store my luggage, claiming it was hotel policy.
I was extremely disappointed by this inconvenient experience.
I wouldn't stay here again.

The building across Okada Street isn't a hotel. The reception was hard to find, and even the security staff there were unfamiliar with it. The facilities were clean.

Location is very good since its just across Okada. Complete kitchen if you want to cook your own food. Perfect for our needs since our tournament is in Okada. Will definitely book again.

We are happy with our stay and we are also satisfied with the unit’s amenities and the host’s service. The unit is clean and well groomed. Overall, our stay is really comfortable and we would like to book again in the future.

For a space focused on convenience and views, this place delivers. The semi view of Manila Bay and the access to a pool are highlights. Practical amenities like a full kitchen, washing machine, reliable hot water, working AC, and easy garbage disposal made our stay comfortable.
The main negative was a strong, bad smell originating from a small room facing the kitchen – we bought several air fresheners.
Ultimately though, the combination of ample space and the unbeatable location right by Okada and shopping malls outweighed the odor issue for us. Ms. Rose is also kind and responded quickly to our needs. Good value considering the prime spot.

Overall not bad, we stayed overnight with the family, plenty of space, soap and detergents, brushes, pastes, towels, slippers, a washing machine with a portion of washing powder - everything is there. The repair is tired, but clean. There is a 7/11 nearby. A good budget option for accommodation
