Constantinos and Anastasia are the perfect hosts and dedicated to ensuring guests have a fabulous time in their villas. Excellent welcome pack, personal service and friendly experience. Villas clean and well equipped and private pool cleaned regularly. Have stayed with them multiple times when coming to Cyprus and never disappointed.

Amazing hospitality and service! We were made to feel very welcome and we were so grateful to the little treats throughout our stay. Fantastic communication and lots of helpful hints given to our throughout our stay. Nothing was too much bother and they did their best to ensure we had a an enjoyable experience.

I think Meltemi Villas was my top 3 stays, ever. We travelled in a group of 4 adults and 2 kids below 2 years old. The villa was spacious enough, each bedroom had it's own bathroom which was extremely convenient when traveling in mixed groups with or without kids. The pool area was great even though we travelled in November. The location is close to the airport and opens multiple possibilities to sightsee Cyprus. However, the very best was the owners hospitality, truly on an unmatched level. From support before arrival, to welcoming pizza on our first evening, to all the tips related to traveling/restaurants etc. We felt welcomed and taken care of. Thank you!

Gestori splendidi e efficaci sempre disponibili a soddisfare ogni necessità ed anche a fornire ottime indicazioni su qualunque attrazione dell'isola e sui relativi itinerari per raggiungerla. Villa estremamente confortevole e fornita di ogni elettrodomestico compresa la macchina Nespresso. Persino il frigorifero è stato fatto trovare pieno di ogni genere di prima necessità e oltre. Il soggiorno è risultato davvero piacevole.

We stayed at Meltemi Villas in June July of 2024. Having stayed as a fee Villas in the area over the years this was by far the best. The. Villa itself was spotlessly clean and very modern. Its well placed between paphos port and coral bay. We hire a car but i believe the bus service is pretty good. The owners Constantinos and Anastasia are great. Always in hand if you have any queries and they even waited up to welcome us on our arrival with a welcome pack of food and drinks even though we were delays and it was around 2am. They also gave us tips on where to go etc, some nice beaches etc. Anastasia makes the nicest cakes by the way. It was that good we are going back in 2025. Highly recommended.

We are travelling to Meltemi villas every year since 2019. It is always a really treasure time for our family. It feels like home for us at Meltemi due to outstanding hospitality and service from Constantinos and Anastasia. The villas are always perfectly clean, fully equipped. The best place for is in Cyprus. Hosts are just super wonderful people always ready to help with everything. Villas are very comfortable with perfect location. It is for sure the best accommodation you can imagine.
