A very pleasant hotel, very well located. everything is close. It is a 5 minute walk from the bus stop and only 10 minutes from the seaside. I must mention that the hotel service is at the highest level and is very kind and helpful. The food is also very high quality. I can recommend it with complete confidence!

All of the staff are warm, accommodating & friendly. We were grateful that Maria made sure that we were allocated a room in the building of our choice. The room was very well equipped with a good size & modern fridge & freezer. Plus oven, microwave & all the plates & cutlery you could possibly need. The bed & pillows were very comfortable.
The resort is clean & both pool areas are kept clean & tidy.
Breakfast is excellent value for money.
Be aware that you need to bring a towel from home to use at the pool.
Very easy to walk into town from this location. Lots of parking

Breakfast super buffet everything delicious, and corresponds to the price-performance ratio, for dinner a restaurant VIVA CYPRUS is very RECOMMENDED nearby.
Great location. In Paphos the buses are bad, please rent a car immediately, it's cheap 10-20 €/day... the taxis are expensive and they screw every pig... So please rent a car.
Staff: I thank you from the bottom of my heart, you are the best... Always helpful and very human... My wife did not feel well during the holiday and went to the hospital. They allowed me to take breakfast to go for my wife and a delivery box prepared for this... That was really great.
Cons : the hotel is a bit old and the facilities need to be updated but that's easily ignored when you have such a great friendly staff.
Sauna against 7€ extra which is also disadvantageous in my opinion.
So in a big goose the hotel is very good and I book there again and again 😁.

We have Just returned from our stay in Pahos gardens. We was there for 1 week and didn't want to come home. We stayed in the apartment 208 opposite the hotel which was nothing fancy but clean and had everything you needed. Beds were comfy with extra pillows and blankets if you needed them. There was a good selection of food at breakfast and dinner that we only ventured out a few times. The food was always hot too. The entertainment staff were lovely and there was plenty to do in the daytime of you wanted and always something on in the evening too. They made you feel very welcome and included. The beach is a 10 minute walk with the marina where you can watch the stunning sunsets and restaurants were only 5 mins out of the hotel. The gym had a great selection too, not that I used it! Overall myself and my son had a fantastic week away.

I must say, this resort is really good, I stayed in Ibiscus and it was quite cool. I also encountered a cockroach in my apartment which really scared me, I managed to get it out, the pools are fab, pool table in reception is really cool. I recommend coming here, its not terrible, trust me.

Dreadful apartment very run down not clean full off cats beds very dirty and stains dirty bins outside the door but have to say people are very nice 2 lovely girls working in the spa they are very nice hotel food was good that about all you can say

Having read previous reviews I was a little worried. Absolutely no reason to be! We arrived at 10.30pm, super quick check in procedure and welcomed with a glass of cold orange juice on arrival. Water and sandwiches to take to our room as we had missed dinner. We were taken in the golf buggy to the apartment and helped with our luggage every step of the way. The two bedroom apartment was huge! Clean and all fresh bedding and towels, yes the furniture was dated but who is looking at furniture when you are on holiday? We were on an all inclusive package but the kitchen in the apartment had everything needed if not. Food in the restaurant was lovely, lots of choice and very tasty. The staff I encountered were all friendly. The pool area was clean and I didn't see any evidence of people putting towels on sunbeds before they used them, always plenty available. Lot's of cats around but if you've ever travelled to Cyprus or indeed many other places this is to be expected, if you leave them alone they will leave you alone also. Lots of shops and bars in very close proximity and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Not sure of his name but the man on reception was very helpful when organizing a later checkout for us. All in all a lovely holiday and a lovely place to stay! Thank you Paphos Gardens
