Ten out of Ten for us Lovely warm and friendly welcome, very attentive staff and the mist excellent food in ANY hotel' Right on the sea front for walking, easy to get about My son and daughter had a family room but with a 14 and 12 year old it was too small. Really it was time for seperate rooms. With 2 8 year old it would be fine. Loved the Burger and Japanese restaraunts Highly recommend this lovely hotel

A brilliant family hotel. From the warm welcome on arrival, this is a clean and friendly hotel. The staff were so attentive throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble. Great facilities with the squash court, tennis court and games room. The pools were lovely and awesome to lie on your sun lounger looking at the pool over one shoulder and the sea over the other. The food variety was awesome and probably the best quality food of any family all inclusive resort I've ever stayed at. The only down side was that the family room was a bit on the small side for a family of 4 so we had to keep our empty cases on the balcony but that was only a mild inconvenience. A fantastic stay and I would recommend and return.

Yet another exceptional stay at the Imperial Beach Hotel. From the initial greeting when you arrive to the departure you are treated as a valued guest. The food is just too good and there is a fantastic variety every day as each night it themed. Whist we did go to the other 2 restaurants on site (all included in the hotel) we do prefer the main restaurant. We enjoyed our evening meal sitting outside watching the sun go down with great attention given to us by Christian and Mustafa. We had fabulous service from Cyrsto and Larc (sorry if I have spelt the names wrong) the youngsters who never failed to make us laugh as they brought our drinks to our sun beds on the grass area. The rooms are great and the beds very comfortable. On the entertainment front Zac really puts himself out to bring fun to the holiday and there is plenty to entertain you throughout the holiday. A great holiday and we look forward to returning to see the upgrades planned the start at the end of this year.

Just got home this morning from a fabulous week at this hotel. From the moment we arrived it was exceptional service, even though we arrived later than expected they had some snacks and welcome drinks waiting for us. My husband drinks non alcoholic beers which normally have to be paid for but the bar manager Alex arranged for some to be put in our room free of charge. The rooms were lovely and clean with good air con. The pool area was great and the kids really enjoyed the small pool with water slide. Food was amazing every day, lots of different selections and gluten free food available too. Entertainment was very good, kids loved the mini disco. All in all the hotel is lovely and in a great location but what makes it exceptional is the staff. They are all so helpful and do everything in their power to make you comfortable and happy during your stay. Big thank you to Alex in particular, the hotel wouldn’t be the same without you, and as agreed we will definitely be coming back next year! From the Cross’s

We have recently returned from this hotel and absolutely loved our holiday here. What makes it special is the staff. They go above and beyond what is expected. Every single staff member we encountered from cleaners, pool bar staff, restaurant staff, receptionists and the entertainment team were so friendly and approachable. My son turned 2 whilst we were there and we returned to the hotel room to balloons, fruit and some sparkling wine. When we went down for dinner, the kitchen staff had made him a birthday cake and the restaurant staff brought it out with candles singing happy birthday. A few of our party also visited the spa whilst we were there and had massages which were incredible. Thank you to everyone at Louis Imperial Beach. This was a truly memorable holiday for us and we are looking forward to returning when the hotel has undergone the refurb!

This is a really lovely hotel, but what makes it extra special is the staff. They cannot do enough for you, from the excellent service at the poolside to the entertainment team to the staff in the restaurants. They work tirelessly in the heat to make your holiday perfect. We had exceptional service at the bar from Yousif, David and Savvy, they made us feel special and we will be returning. I hope the hotel value what makes their establishment great.

Wanted to love this hotel after reading all the great reviews but it just didn’t meet expectations. On arrival we had to move rooms as the air con was not working. But in all honesty the room we moved to the air con was only ok, the air con over the whole hotel is poor. The cleanliness is also not great, room had dark hairs all over the floor on arrival, this was reported to reception and resolved quickly. But the whole week had the same issue, think it’s due to the rooms being swept and not hoovered. However the cleaning over the whole hotel is not great, glass doors/bannisters covered in finger prints, while the hotel appears clean on closer inspection it could definitely be better. Food was great, lots of choice and presented well. The drinks service to your subbed was also nice and the quiet pool much more enjoyable than the other pool. Location is beautiful, we didn’t have a sea view room, but the view was still nice of the mountains. Staff work very hard, in hot conditions. The decor is dated but doesn’t affect your stay. Overall not sure it was worth what we paid.

Great 9 days at the hotel and especially the friendly staff in charge of entertainment - special mention for Petra, Roman, Yanis & Roland who made a special effort with our teenage kids and really made their holiday fun. Also Youssef at the Rotonda bar!
