We had the pleasure of spending a week at the Louis Imperial Hotel in May, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome, and everything exceeded our expectations. Let’s start with the food—it was absolutely incredible! The variety of options was impressive, and everything tasted so fresh. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there was something for everyone. The desserts were to die for, and we especially loved the snack area between meals, where you could indulge in ice cream or other treats. It was clear that a lot of care went into preparing every meal. One standout aspect of our stay was the staff. Everyone we encountered was not only professional but also incredibly friendly and helpful. We’d like to give a special mention to Kasia, a lovely lady who works in guest relations. Her positive attitude was contagious, and she made sure to take the time to speak with guests, offering both kindness and professionalism. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and helped us with everything we needed. We truly appreciated her warmth and dedication—it really made a difference in our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and spacious, providing plenty of room for relaxation and leisure. The entertainment team was top-notch, ensuring there was always something fun to do. The entire hotel is well-maintained, and it’s clear that the management cares deeply about their guests’ experience. From what we heard the are doing a renovation in October, which will makes it even more convincing to visit! We can’t wait to return! Just got back from another visit from the louis, and as usual had a superb 14nights. The staff are so friendly, the place is spotless, food is varied, as are the guests but there is always something for every ones taste, nothing is ever too much trouble, the chefs are always on hand to discuss any ones dietary needs, the management are always around and always approachable to discuss whatever, they don't hide away. The gardens are well maintained, the 3 pools are cleaned regularly 1 inside 2 outside 1 of which is adults only, there is ample seating and parasols all around, there is a small beach area with seating and again parasols. there is a lovely promenade which take you into Pathos in 20 mins walking, the views are spectacular. The evening entertainment is well varied and well worth a look. In a nut shell it a brilliant friendly hotel, your family cant fail to enjoy, its spotless, foods good, staff are superb which leads to a great atmosphere. We will definately be returning to very soon
