Everything was perfect. In the room the found bottles of sparkling wine. Was gift from hotel for my birthday…location amazing, everything so close to us. Definitely recommend!

The room was a little outdated but the food really impressed us. It was always different and freshly made. It really impressed us. The staff was friendly and after some time, they recognized us. Even it was off season there was always entertainment in the evening and we could really stay at the property at night and enjoy our evening. It was very quiet in the evening even we had a pool view room facing the pool. We slept really we. What's also impressive is the clearness. It's really well maintained and daily cleaning service was also perfectly done. If you stay there, you have to do all inclusive. The food really makes everything perfect.

I’ve just returned from a week-long all-inclusive stay at Sofianna Resort and Spa, and overall, my sister and I had a fantastic experience. Upon arrival, we were initially disappointed with the room we were given, as it did not meet the expectations of the Superior Family Room we had booked. However, the reception staff handled the situation promptly and professionally, relocating us to a room that matched our reservation—this made a great first impression in terms of customer service. The entertainment schedule was consistent and catered to both children and adults, with a wide range of activities throughout the day and evening. The only exception is Wednesdays, when the animation team has their day off. Dining was enjoyable across all meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner offered good variety, typical of what you would expect from an all-inclusive resort. Each evening featured a different theme (e.g., Italian, Asian), which kept things interesting. As part of the package, we were entitled to one complimentary dinner at the burger restaurant, which was a highlight of our trip. Special thanks to Maria, who truly elevated our dining experience with her exceptional service. Additionally, all-inclusive guests are offered a €15 per person credit toward a meal at the à la carte restaurant, although we chose not to take advantage of this. The poolside experience was great overall. The sunbeds were very comfortable, but it was necessary to wake up early to reserve them, despite hotel rules stating reservations shouldn't be made before 9 AM. The pools themselves were a good size, and the staff throughout the hotel were consistently warm and helpful. One of the biggest advantages of Sofianna Resort is its location—just a 5-minute walk from the main ***** and about 8–10 minutes to the beach and harbor, making it easy to explore the local area on foot. Lastly, a special mention to Tom, the TUI representative, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us with booking excursions. In summary, despite a rocky start with the room, our stay at Sofianna Resort and Spa turned out to be relaxing, fun, and memorable. I would definitely recommend it to families or groups looking for a well-located, all-inclusive resort with great service and a lively atmosphere.

We are currently here staying. For context my 5 year old daughter is non verbal autistic which the hotel were aware of as it was on our original booking made by our travel agent, the room can’t be locked from the inside so we need to be very careful that she doesn’t get out which is extra stress on me and my husband. Earlier on today we were also handed a noise complaint by the reception so my husband went and questioned this and it was made due to “screaming” this is very disheartening on our family as screaming is one of my daughters only ways of communicating & expressing herself, she has also been sleeping for 9:30 at the latest since we arrived so it’s not like she’s screaming in the middle of the night. Apart from these issues the hotel is in a great location with nice food. We just beg for people to be more companionate and understanding. As a family we try our hardest and deserve our holidays as much as the next person but this hotel we have felt haven’t been as inclusive as they could be. For future reference to the hotel please think about issuing complaints to families with additional support needs as this has hurt us as a family, we just want our daughter to be able to be who she is and express her self in her own way and not be judged for it.

From the minute we walked in we felt looked after. Everyone had a smile and nothing was to much trouble. Absolutely loved it. Bar Wide selection of drinks and on the higher end of the all inclusive experience. Restaurant Food was well prepared, tasty, and a wide variety, staff were excellent. Very clean. Room Spacious, free safe, good air conditioning and personal service on arrival. Pillows a little hard but really is a personal preference Entertainment Didn't do the evening as it seemed geared for kids. However during the day the entertainment team worked tirelessly to entertain a mix of morning stretches, to Zumba then to pool quizzes and a great day time cabaret was great. Pool Not to crowded and beautifully warm and easy to get into. Location Good location within walking distance to harbour and bars, there does seem to be a lot of closed down premises around.
