The hotel looked decent enough online, but once I checked in, it was a different story. There were no amenities provided at all — no shampoo, no body wash, I asked the receptionist and he replied that I need to buy my own. I had to go out and buy my own toiletries from a convenience store nearby.
What surprised me most was the air conditioning situation. The room had an old wall-mounted unit, but to use it, you had to pay a daily fee.
I understand it was a budget place, but even the basics like shampoo should be a given. It definitely made me appreciate the little things in other hotels — sometimes you don’t realize how much those small comforts matter until they’re missing.

The check-in counter didn't know the policy, and it took a long time to communicate about the visa issue. It was not a personal reason. I couldn't check in because the flight was delayed. I couldn't get a refund after communicating with the hotel. It was difficult to talk and impersonal. Bad review...

The place is nice in greek style and the staff is kind, but we’ve been to many places and i’ve never been asked once to pay for air conditioning. Also there was nothing to clean the dishes in the kitchen

Τι να πρώτο πω κατσαρίδες το βράδυ βγαίνανε αφού σιτες δεν υπάρχουν ανεμιστήρες δεν υπάρχουν υγρό πιάτων ούτε υγρό χεριών ούτε λερωμένες πετσέτες, τα ακάρεα μας φυσούσαν τα πόδια και έχουμε και φωτογραφίες για ολα, έγραφε μέσα κλιματισμός και είχε μόνο στο δωμάτιο .μας είπε τα μωρά να κοιμηθούν στην ζέστη , εντομεταξυ πουθενά αναφορά ότι δεν υπάρχουν παντού κλιματιστικά. Απλά σε βάζει να πληρώνεις έξτρα κάθε βράδυ 8 ευρώ για αυτά....τι να πω σεντόνια και στρώματα μαύρο χάλι και ο υπεύθυνος αυθάδης και κακο τρόπος ....η πισίνα δεν είχε μηχανοστάσιο δεν καθαριζοταν και η μούχλα στο γύρω γύρω της πισίνας....επίσης θολή και βρώμικη .έχω εικόνες για όλα . Ακόμα και για το πού απλώνονταν τα καθαρά σεντόνια ....αχαχαχαχα που έπλενε ο ίδιος στο πλυντήριο του τάχα ....αισχος και ασέβεια για την οικογένεια μου

We were so glad to be back at Tasmaria. It's consistently a fantastic experience for us. Tas and his friendly team deserve huge credit for their excellent work . Our rooms again were big and spotless, providing a comfortable and clean retreat. We still enjoy the terrific pool and bar area – it's well maintained, wonderfully quiet, and always tidy. This small, tranquil Aparthotel truly stand out for us. We already hoping to book up for 2026.

Reception staff weren’t that friendly, asked for local restaurant recommendations and said I don’t eat here and walked off, best I got was grunts from the rest of them. Air con and safe is extra. Rooms were clean but servicing them was sketchy, days missed out and had to ask them for toilet paper. We had a cockroach infestation in the room - they kept spraying and roaches kept dying but it lasted all holiday, no apology or anything just a shrug as it’s one of those things. The swimming pool was good, few nice eateries nearby and a bus station next door.

The hotel is clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool area is clean with lots of sunbeds to rest on. The location is excellent with the bus station virtually on your door step, so able to access all areas for a 6.50 Euro day pass. The harbour is a 30 minute walk along the coastal path, which is great to run along. We would definitely recommend it to couples and families of all ages. Great value. We will definitely be coming back.
