房間衞生差地上有狗毛，配套設施老舊，服務態度差前台擺臉色客房大姐就像欠她幾百萬一樣，鋪好的床鋪有毛髮，環境太差，洗漱用品太少不齊全毛巾也有污嘖。

酒店前台位於8樓，停車場位於負二負三樓，餐廳位於負一樓，酒店比較好找，靠近中心醫院，熱水比較給力，有停車場和早餐，價格合理。被單和毛巾有些發黃，設施有些舊，洗浴間不是乾濕分離，負三樓停車不是很方便，出入口太小坡特別陡出入不方便，小排量車型不沖坡根本上不來，早點種類不算多味道一般，酒店處於鬧市區比較吵鬧。
