El hotel es espectacular, tanto su ubicacion, instalaciones y personal. Con mi pareja fuimos por 3 dias y nos fue imposible hacer un 20% de lo ofre ido por hotel y la reserva es enorme. Los senderos son entretenidos en temporada de lluvia y el personal de canopy son unos tipazos. Comida y tragos buenisimos 100% recomendado.

Muy agradable la experiencia del hotel. El restaurant es fantastico. La piscina temperada es muy agradable. Los senderos son maravillosos, hay coigues mañios, arrayanes y mucha biodiversidad, fabuloso. La atencion del personal es muy buena.

Había ido antes, está fue la segunda vez y la verdad da pena la poca mantención que se le hace al hotel, para lo que cuesta una noche, el servicio también deja bastante que desear. Desde una mala recepción, gente con mala disposición, poca información, a habitaciones pequeñas, piscinas sucias, sin bar ni salvavidas ni siquiera con agua para tomar, cerrando por una carta/menu tanto en bares como en restaurante que no cambian con el tiempo. El lugar, una belleza, el hotel cada vez peor

EL HOTEL TIENE TODO LO QUE SE NECESITA PARA UNA BUENA ESTADÍA, ES CÓMODO Y FUNCIONAL, ESTÁ MUY BIEN AMBIENTADO Y TIENE LUGARES DE RECREACIÓN Y ESPARCIMIENTO. AUNQUE PODRÍA SER MÁS AMABLE CON LOS INVITADOS DE LOS PASAJEROS, POR EJEMPLO PERMITIRLES COMER CON ELLOS EN EL COMEDOR.

Horrible experiencia. !!! Llegué a reino fungi y tarjeta entrada habitación no funcionaba....La resetearon.. Después en ducha 1 manilla sobrepuesta...la otra solo con agua helada!!! Al mismo tiempo se cortó luz...!!! Mientras consumía cena...horario rígido..luego cerraban ...fueron a arreglar...Quedó con luz pero sin agua caliente igual....!!!Propusieron habitación del lado que era consumida por calor y no podían regularlo...!!! Según ellos era el sol....!!! Entonces, me cambiaron a habitación de nothofagus...ahí habitación mejor...Pero, llena de desniveles y por la tina...al ducharse se filtraba un poco el agua ....!!! Natura maravillosa..!!!.Senderos no tan fácil seguir las rutas marcadas.. Comida mucho aliño y pocas alternativas....hay que inscribirse para almuerzo y cena ...Sino, no hay comida....!!! No hay que ir a ese hotel...!!! Es un gigante en decadencia....Además, se supone es ecológico y consumen cualquier cantidad de leña...!!! Puro mañío...!!!🤣🤣🤣 Un chiste!!! Personal agradable....instalaciones en decadencia.... ⁵Muchas actividades con instructores de rafting y canopy..Por ahí el negocio funciona!!! ..EL RESTO PURA PUBLICIDAD!!!!!

Do not stay here - Run down old place
Do not go here. Terrible service, bad food, tiny run down roomes that come apart (shower fixtures falling down etc.). We had to give back the food as its was so bad. Customer service did not help at all - no discount provided. This place may have been good 10+ years ago. No upgrades to any of the dirty old furniture since then. Today it is a dump.

En general quiero mencionar que mi experiencia fue muy positiva, pero quiero destacar un hecho de muy mala clase que vivimos durante nuestra estadía. El lunes yo 8 estaba de cumpleaños y mi pareja llamó al restaurant para que por favor me llevaran de sorpresa un trozo de torta o pie con una vela para celebrar durante el desayuno. Del restaurant lo derivaron al concierge para autorizar esa pequeña atención y esta persona que le atendió le dijo que le iban a cargar a la habitación tal plato. El desistió de ello por considerarlo absurdo, ya que en cualquier restaurant en Chile (hasta en los de comida rápida) siempre se dispone de esa cortesía para algún festejado, situación que he vivido muchas veces. Desilusiona pensar que un hotel de la categoría y precio como es éste se caiga en un gesto tan vulgar de cobrar un trozo de pastel para alguien que celebra su cumpleaños, considerando que además era la despedida del hotel, lo que nos dejó un gusto levemente amargo tras una estadía sensacional.

The hotel itself is very unusual and beautiful. It appears to be kept up well and built with uniqueness in mind. There is a great shop that sells some hiking gear and swim/spa clothing essentials and a restaurant with good food. The room themselves, however, were just gross. Our room had torn and filthy carpeting, a dark and dank bathroom with a tiny shower and gross jacuzzi bathtub and a floor that sloped downhill so throughout the night one can wakeup halfway down the mattress. The peaceful evenings are accompanied by a cacophony of flushing toilets, footsteps pounding feet and music until 4 am.
