One downside is they dont have a proper cook. They only offer breakfast. But the place is great

New hotel, clean room, nice little balcony, Rum and Coke available during happy hour all the time (a little over 1 euro a glass, 70 pesos to be exact).
About a ten-minute walk to Alona Beach (not a great beach, Damaluan is much prettier but no entertainment in the evenings, unlike Alona).
I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is very good! Every day cleaning of the room and change of towels. Clean pool, well-kept territory. Every morning a hearty breakfast of your choice and at a convenient time for guests. The room is always quiet, the noise of the main street is not heard. All cafes are within walking distance 10-15 minutes. Very nice and attentive staff. The shower always has hot water and good pressure. No mosquitoes! New quiet air conditioner.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Overall, the hotel is ok, the area is small and well-kept. It is located 10 minutes walk from the center of Alona.
The hotel has terrible audibility, as if everything that was happening on the street and in the neighboring rooms was happening in our room. It turns out that there is some construction work behind the hotel, we were not warned about this when booking.
Towels are supposed to be changed every day at 1 pm, but they either forgot to change them, or took away the used ones and we had to go for clean ones ourselves every time.
The floor in the room was never washed, the small towels by the sink were never changed, but we did not use them, since they were already visibly dirty. For 6 nights, our bed linen was never changed.
The choice of breakfasts is small, you need to choose breakfast 1 day before and choose a time for breakfast.
The staff is friendly, but loud. They were constantly loudly discussing something, laughing throughout the hotel, especially early in the morning.
I don't think we'll stay here next time
